AI Summary
This report presents a student's self-reflection on the results of several personality assessments administered by a career counselor. The student, facing career indecision, underwent the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence Test, Big Five Factor of Personality Test, and Belbin's personality test. The MBTI identified the student as an ENTP, highlighting strengths in creativity and sociability, while also pointing out potential weaknesses in completing tasks and managing details. The Emotional Intelligence Test revealed a good ability to manage emotions, although the student acknowledged a tendency towards emotional outbursts. The Big Five test indicated high agreeableness and extraversion, with a lower score in emotional stability. The Belbin test suggested medium resilience, with strengths in coping with change but areas for improvement in problem-solving and organization. Based on these assessments, the counselor recommended career paths in management, law, teaching, or marketing, areas that align with the student's personality traits. The report concludes with a discussion of the student's strengths, weaknesses, and areas for further development, particularly in emotional stability, to excel in a chosen career.

1IMPLEMENTATION OF INFECTION CONTROL POLICY
Introduction
For the past few months, I am having difficulty in choosing my career. My college
last year will soon end, and the new journey of my career will start. I tried to seek advice
from my parents, family and friends but however, they failed to guide me in the right
direction. However, I went to a career counsellor who through four personality tests
suggested me specific career options relevant to my personality.
Discussion
The first test is of testing the temperament attribute through the Myers Briggs Test
Indicator, in which my personality type came to be ENTP – Extraversion Intuition Thinking
and Perceiving. The test showed that I am creative and like to mix with many people. In real
life I like to be more optimistic which gets portrayed from the test.
The perception of mine matches with the score of the test through certain questions
trying to test my thinking ability. I also remain calm in difficult situations. I keep quiet and
maintain personal space with limited friends. The introversion score was low and not
matched in reality.
The second test is of testing the emotional control attribute through Emotional
Intelligence Test, where I scored 72 points. It showed that I manage my emotions well and
flexible in my approach. However, in real life I am not that flexible in my emotions, I often
get angry.
The questionnaire contained certain questions which may show the positive facets of
the emotional control, but the intensity of emotions get neglected which overlooked the fact.
The score made me realise that if appropriately exercised, I can regulate my emotions as per
situations in a healthy manner. I may lose my temper sometimes but is quite balancing in my
approach to interact with the opposite person in front.

2IMPLEMENTATION OF INFECTION CONTROL POLICY
The third test is of testing the personality insight through Big Five Factor of
Personality Test, where I scored more on agreeableness, and on equal terms lie in
extraversion, conscientiousness and openness. My emotional stability score is low.
The test speaks truly of my extraversion as I like to mix with lots of people in real
life. However the openness score should be low, because I tend not to open much. I am quite
organised and detail-oriented which gets showed from the conscientiousness score. The
emotional stability score is perfect as it genuinely shows that I cannot balance my emotions
in every situation, although I am learning the art of flexibility now.
The fourth test is of testing the personal resilience through Belbin’s personality test,
where my overall score tells my resilience is medium. I agree on this score as I can cope up
with most of the events; however, tensed and unsure in life about uncertainty is. My score is
high on coping with change and supporting networks, but on average on problem-solving,
self-confidence, working with others and organising.
My score should be average especially on coping with change and high in organising
tasks though. This is the area which I prefer to work upon the most as it will portray a
doubtful and unstable personality of mind failing to take my career decisions.
Conclusion
In conclusion, through such four tests, the career counsellor suggested me the options
of manager, lawyer, teacher, and marketing or in administration section on which it will be
easy for me to build my career path. This field requires a certain amount of extroversion,
openness, and thinking and organisation skills with limited problem solving which is perfect
for me to set my foot on. The most vulnerable area is my emotional stability. It needs to get
developed for excelling in my career through anger management and behavioural coping
mechanisms.
