Career planning
Career planning is one the most significant factor which an individual person is required
to consider and create a proper plan for the better growth and development of the future. To
become a legal authority or an advocate it is important for an individual to understand and adopt
the Legal Practise Course which is Postgraduate Diploma in legal practise which is required to
become a legal practitioner (Aungsuroch, Gunawan and et.al., 2022). However, for becoming the
legal practitioner I am required to put my focus on relevant skills and abilities which will help
me to grow my career in this particular field. Currently, I am quite good at superior writing skills
and fluent verbal communication which are the major strength for me to drive my career into the
legal field. The first step for becoming an advocate is to undertake the Bachelors of Law (LLB)
or a Juris Doctor (JD) postgraduate degree from which I can be able to become a legal
practitioner in definite manner. The second step is to undertake PLT which is a training program
where I can enhance my skills and abilities in definite manner and can make my career further.
However, I analysed myself and evaluated that I am essentially required to improve my skills
and abilities in definite manner from where I can grow and develop my career accordingly (Khot,
2022). I identified that for becoming an advocate in needed to adopt time management and
research skills which is the most important abilities for growing my career at successful level.
For improving my skills, I need to create a valid action plan which can help me to keep my focus
on my weak areas and can develop my skills and abilities accordingly, Here, demonstrating an
action plan from which I can enhance my weak points and areas and can successfully become a
legal practitioner and a successful advocate afterwords.
