 Career plan is a strategy that helps an individual
to determine the skills and interests. It assist the
individual setting career goals and make efforts
to reach the same.
 It is necessary to note that it is a continuous
process that focuses on achieving success in
career. This presentation is based on career in
Human Resource Management.
