al., 2021). The aim of personal pitch is to address someone with 3-5 key message that we want
them to remember about ourself. The objective of the report is to assess the effectiveness of work
related skills in meeting the job requirements of self and person specifications related with the
job profile an individual is seeking after pot graduation with the help of SWOT analysis.
Furthermore, the report also highlights the career development opportunities for graduates within
the study sector.

For graduate employment this skills will enable me to express my self better and respond to the

Sensitive or self critical: My sensitive and low tolerance behaviour will affect my
tolerance ability at workplace with criticism and harsh attitude of superiors and C level

Attempt to take too much responsibilities that result in stress: I consider my self too
much responsible and make efforts to take too much responsibilities on self which
sometimes leads to stress and skipping important work and tasks. I should always try to
take limited responsibilities so that each duty is completed within stipulated time limit
and proper work management with ease and comfort without any stress.

accounting and taxation I got chance to work with a well established chartered accountant
firm where I leant and applied my knowledge for six months. This internship will help
me getting employment in relevant stream and industry.
Readiness for learning: One of the significant advantage for my career development and
future progression is that my ability to always ready and keen to learn new things.

From the above analysis I have revealed that lack of confidence will affect my further
pots graduation studies as I am planning to pursue masters in financial management. Confidence
helps in shaping positive behaviour of an individual and assists in acquiring knowledge and
further learning. Apart from this lack of confidence will affect my ability to take initiate at
workplace and study institute along with impeding me to become social. Having positive and
healthy relation both in education and workplace contribute towards building network. Another
skill gap is self critical and low tolerance behaviour which will affect my learning ability. People
makes mistakes and receive criticism, my sensitive behaviour will not accept the criticism and I
can not look at the positive side of making improvement in work and learning. Furthermore, with
sensitive and low tolerance behaviour, I will not be bale to work under pressure and receive
command from superiors as they maintain little harsh and rigid attitude.

For increasing my tolerance ability and accept criticism I have to look up for the positive side of
the criticism and take opportunity to learn from them. Accepting the behaviour of faculty
members and employers along with good listening ability will enable me to accept criticism and
strengthen my sensitive behaviour (Hopkins and et. al., 2021). Additionally, in order to reduce
the load of responsibility one of the best practice is to accept the work that is within my potential
to complete it and as per the areas of interest.
This will help me in reducing the stress by mitigating amount of responsibility and
contribute towards bringing specialization, productivity and quality in the work done. And lastly,
to build a confidence one of the significant practice is to seek feedback and recommendations for
the performance or outcome delivered. I feel motivated and confident when I receive feedback
for the work done as positive feedback will bring consistency in quality standards and
commitment towards work. Whereas, any negative feedback will tell me where do I fall aback
and where do I need to do improvement that keeps me focused in developing skills for better
performance.
