completion of academic degree and license that shows a person is eligible for
getting the employment in occupation.

Now a days, every organization is need a person who recruits the
best talent by analyzing the skills and abilities of people who are
willing to work is known as Human resource management. This is
selected filed which I choose to get the dream job as an Manager in
top company.

their career and growth options. As I choose the Human resource filed to get the
dream job that can help me to attain own goals and objectives. While practising
as an HR manager I faced the many challenges as lack of leadership, changes
adaptability, and time management that might be create the problems to get good
chance in upcoming period.

From the above report it can be concluded that human resource management
is important field which can be use to build the good career. A person
should have knowledge, skills and abilities to handle the project and done it
properly. This helps to develop the future growth opportunities by managing
all functions and activities. A HR is responsible for recruiting staff and
motivating them which can help to run the business and build own career.
