INTRODUCTION
A career action plan is managed and owned by young people which are intending to
increase their career development with the help of a dynamic planning document. The career
plan in this project will be over the selected Human Resource department. In reference to that
this project will highlight my strengths and weakness. This project contains an action plan which
will show the areas of development I need for this particular career choice. HR management
studies It has enabled me to get a job opportunity in Tesco Plc as an HR manager. The reason
why I am so interested in the job is Tesco is a good reputed company, the job profile fitting to
my preferences and this job will be very crucial for my development as an HR manager. The
skills and knowledge I have gained in Human Resource are,

Team management with the help of collaboration.

From the experiences I have gained in the internship of small scale organization of
London I gained few skills and knowledge. With evaluation of those skills, knowledge and
experience I have found out that I have strengths in certain fields of HR management
(Kryscynski and et.al., 2018). These strengths are,
Communicational Strengths :
I have been able to develop this strength because as the role of HR manager
communication has to be very important for the circulation of information efficiently. The
strength of communication has enables me to be fit for the role of HR manager as I can convey
my idea pretty clearly. My communicational strength will be very important factor for my
selection in Tesco Plc as an HR manager.

I have recognized myself as an individual which can learn almost anything from a
training thus it becomes my strength which I can utilize in HR management to learn from
training and use that for better performance. Due to this strength I might be able to persuade the
interviewer of Tesco Plc for hiring me as HR manager in the company.

I can consider the knowledge I have about the laws related to the HR management as a
very important strength. With the help of this knowledge I can maintain framework of the
organization. The knowledge of laws that I acquire is very essential for every company including
Tesco thus I believe that this strength of mine will aid me towards getting selected for the job
profile (Silva and Soares, 2018),

I have suffered a lot whenever I was assigned with the task of team management because
I find it difficult to manage individuals which have different traits and personality. Poor team
management is a very big drawback which I need to work on for getting any chance of selection
at Tesco for HR manager.
Budgeting Skills :
I am not very good at maths because of which I sometimes struggle in planning my
budget for the use of organizations resources. Budget planning should be improved by me as it is
one of the common traits of requirement for HR manager and specially for a company like Tesco
it will be highly considered (Mattick, and et.al., 2019).
Decision-making :
Due to the above weaknesses of bad team collaboration and poor planning for perfect
budget my decision-making is affected which is clearly a weakness to me. Decision-making
abilities take time to develop in an individual that is why companies like Tesco asks for
