The career cation plan and self-reflection helps an individual in identifying its key
strength and weakness and making an action plan for improving those lacking and development
of those areas for achieving the better opportunities working in the dynamic environment. The
job opportunity identifies as in the online intern in the marketing profession. The key skills and
knowledge required for attaining this profession is mainly including the communication skills,
creativity and problem-solving skills, adaptability, project management and researching skills.
This report mainly provides details about self-reflection on the personal analysis defining the
current skills and knowledge. Also, making the action plan for developing the areas of

Personal analysis
