INTRODUCTION.
Career action plan is defined as one of the best approaches that individual person had
developed, for purpose of developing or improving skills, knowledge and competencies that put
positive impact on their career growth (Hirschi, Zacher and Shockley, 2022). The current
assignment will cover key aspects related to HR profession in retail sector. It will explain
personal analysis and career action plan, along with CV. Human resource is the best job
opportunity that individuals tend to grab in effective manner. In order to become HR
professional, a person have sort of skills such as effective communication, problem solving, etc.
They also require to have knowledge about overall HR activities, duties and responsibilities,
including great experience of being an HR department member.
TASK
Personal analysis.
I am able to complete number of projects or tasks, because of having some essential and
beneficial skills, that plays significant role in the context of personal and professional career
growth. I am posing good knowledge about communication skill, including verbal and non-
verbal that put positive impact on my performance level. It is one of those strengths that I have
and use in appropriate manner, for different reasons such as to share and obtain information that
in turn provide desire outcome to me. In the recent time, it is important for a person to have and
develop effective communication skill, because it makes them capable to build trustworthy
relation with other, either in the workplace or personal life (Iqbal, Su and Hasan, 2022). With
current competency I feel more powerful and capable to taught to other, throughout written and
verbal form.
Another strength as skill I have is leadership, which also make me capable to achieve
aims, including short, long and medium terms. In order to perform my role in a company, it is
important to use and have leadership ship, as it enable me to lead a team of skilled people, who
are capable to work in professional manner, but tend to obtain strategic directions. With this
competency, I am able to provide the best direction to individual person in the workplace that in
return provide unpredictable outcomes in positive manner. This skill makes person capable to
motivate others and boost their morale, which is essential and beneficial for them and those for
which they work systematically. It is fact that a person with leadership skill perform in
productive manner and also allow other to do so, that offer a lot of benefits to them (Muller and

Pelser, 2022). It aids to create positive working environment that is suitable for everyone. In the
business world, utilization of current skill contributes to reduce employee turnover.
Along with above two, I am also posing good understanding about multitasking skill
that contributes to make my personal and professional career progressive and success. I had
power to run or complete multiple activity and work at same time, that provide desire results to
management when I will work in specific sector as HR professional. The best thing about this
skill is that it helps me to perform in productive manner and also contribute to increase my
productiveness, that is quite challenging for me to do that with other skills or strengths. With
multitasking skill I had managed my time and work in appropriate manner (Arif and Haider,
2022). It enables me to grow and succeed in the future, when organizational situation drive my
attention toward conducting multiple activities.
As strength, I am able to solve minor issues and manage some challenging situation,
because of posing excellent understanding of problem solving & risk management skill. In
today's era, while working in an organization, a person is accountable to solve their as well as
others issues, if they are not major. With current competency I feel quite happy, as it make me
capable to solve some issues that put impact on my and others performance in positive manner.
Another strength that I have and affect positively upon my career is risk management, that
support to eliminate the adverse affect of factors or risks upon my performance and productivity.
Along with skills, I am posing great comprehending about several areas of knowledge
such as employee recruitment and selection, which is important of a person to have, when they
tend to become an HR further, just like me.
I have good experience for developing strategic goals, either small, medium or long term
for company, in which I will perform my duties and fulfilling responsibilities, with chosen
profession such as HR.
Areas of lack evidence-
I had lack of evidence in term of some specific areas such as presentation, team work,
formulation and execution of implement tactics.
Areas for personal development-
ICT skill, team work, strategy creation and execution, are those areas that I want to
develop personally that provide benefit to me in professional manner. Compensation and
rewarding are those areas of knowledge, regarding which I am not posing good understanding.
