There are various activities that will fall in regard to the work. The word prospect is composed of
various challenges as well as a growth components where the opportunities that are in regard to
identifying the choices will have to be developed in such a way that would bring about an
extremity towards the fact that there is a work analysis that will have to be stipulated. By
entering the fact that these initial activities will lift up the career I have brought about an analysis
towards the fact of developing various important components (Silverman, 2017). I made sure
that the personal website will have to be created and all the information that will have to be
depicted are constituted in a sequential manner. These activities will also include the usage of
social media like Linkedin which is one of the biggest platform for recruiters to stay connected
with people. This is a prominent network where there are certain activities that are included in to
recruitment drives. Many companies will evaluate the choices of their job applications on
Linkedin. There are certain preparatory measures that are in charge of dealing with the current
requirements in the market. One may not be able to identify the choices unless and until certain
skills are being processed. Skills play a major role in determining the standards of the
organisation that can be portrayed upon every interview and on an immense basis (Son and et.al,
2020). The company that is being chosen in this regard is amazon which is one of the largest
retailing factors in the world. In order to get into the prospect of dealing with certain
circumstances in the organisation it is also a requirement that a person will have to get trained
accordingly with respect to all the required formulations. These formulations will bring in the
analysis towards reaching goal by pursuing the jobs. In my point of view in order to carry out a
perfect interview process it is first necessary to evaluate the candidates as well as their
application criteria. Through this evaluation process I got to state the points that are necessary
because interview process can be held at all possible medium. For example LinkedIn is one of
those platforms that are used to segregate the choices of people and also few of the application
can be accepted and rejected. Through this one can easily find a better solution because every
individual that is trying hard to find a job will eventually get registered and get started with using
LinkedIn. Based on this and evaluation can be made upon all the applicants that are usually
portrayed on then. Social media is also playing a major role in determining the standards of an
organisation in terms of recruitments. In my opinion social media is one of the major beneficial

factors for every organisation that makes recruitment process little easier. This will bring in
circumstances where the applicant can easily speak to the human resource manager that is in
charge of the organisation and get to know the whereabouts of the interview process. In the same
manner the hr manager that is in regard to the organisational recruitment process can speak
directly to the candidates that got registered on social media (Blasko and et.al, 2019). There are
various accounts that existing on social media like that of Facebook, Instagram, twitter and many
more. These accounts are said to be the most prominent ones where there are a greater number of
unemployed people who are skilled and are looking for an opportunity. Organisation like amazon
can use social media as one of the existing platforms and can communicate with people on an
image basis. This can also be beneficial for the organisation because those that are easily
interested and are also craving for a role in the organisation can be filtered with respect to the
facilities that are provided on social media. Throughout the interview i got to understand that few
of the stages will have to be minimise such that the interview can be turned out into a reliable
and professional entity. Professionalism will have to be maintained at all levels and it is not until
when the professional base is carried forwarded that the organisation can get to inculcate the
standard and the right number of individuals that are required (Emans, 2019). Interview process
is not just a small criterion that will have to be enhanced up but it is a major responsibility which
will bring in the skilled work for that would uplift the organisation to an entirely next level.
Therefore, this particular process in my opinion will have to be carried forward in a sequential
way and by minimising the steps it can also be easier and even tough to elaborate people. In spite
of coding questions that are more technical and are more oriented with personalized data it is
important to first understand how far the individual is able to tackle with the interaction process
(Walsh and Marques, 2022). For example, taking job role of a marketing executive which can be
