continuous ongoing process that aim is ensured about the business having the right people, at

opportunities, goals setting for achieve it, make effective planning resources uses and effective
evaluation for better result.

by using the effective methods. It can be increase by giving proper training and development to
employees. They can sets clear and achievable goals for the team. Management can manage the
performance of employees. Company can give motivation and satisfaction to employees by
