Career planning is the process of thinking about future prospects that further
help in development of good and effective professional life. It is must for
every person to do the career planning to get clear success in professional
career

Description of the professional field
The stream in which I have personal interest to build own professional career is
Human resource management. The main work under this stream is related to
workforce planning and team development within an organisation on which whole
working is depend. Here, I want to attain the mark of general manager.
