INTRODUCTION
Management can be defined as an art of getting things done
from others. It is very important for all the organisations
to have good management so that their entire activities
will be conducted in an effective manner. The
management is being designed by the senior members of
the companies itself and the employees are also selected
by them only. It is very important that the managers
should make good plans and policies for the company so
that the productivity and profitability of the company gets
enhanced.

The benefits that comes along with the managerial and
personal skills in career development are as follows:-
 The managerial skills will be very effective in
understanding the employees. Like through motivation,
I will be able to encourage the employees to do their
work in more effective manner and with good
communication skills, I will be able to do conversation
with the employees properly and know their issues as
well.
