research methodology that helps in analysing and evaluating correct and accurate information
about the topic. Methods and approaches to gather accurate information has been identified.

Career plateau can be describe as the situation according to which employee has attain
highest position level with in the company as well as has less possibility of vertical promotion.
This consist of different factors such as lack of skills, corporate restructuring and many other
that will lead to reduce the possibility of promotions. It has been determined that career plateau
lead to have major effective over employees working performance with in the organisation. It
will lead to affect over employees performance, job satisfaction or organisational commitment.
This will lead to influence capabilities of employees for goals accomplishment. It is essential that
