Being the best nationally and internationally by reducing the work load of
the employees by giving them easer and professional alternative by the
organized top, middle and lower management.
Resume I have done masters from and international well known university Oxford
University and attained the distinction in financial management. From my
other educational level, I did my bachelor’s degree on commerce and
emerged to be the best.
In my area of study I learnt financial and human management as units and
performed it well.
I have done diploma in computer accounting to help me do my work in
the computer faster and accurate.

I have vast skills from the education I received and from my previous jobs
which I have received a lot of recommendations. I have worked for six
companies and in every company I have managed the resources and
human resource efficiently and effectively.
I can work without supervision and solve critical issues using the ability
that have created from my various experiences which have proved to be
excellent.
In the section of marketability, I have more experience to market the
products by use of the human resource and online. Marketing can be done
in various ways including online platform, television, radios and
newspaper.

Therefore my most area of product is managing resources to ensure that
no misuse of resources and cost saving of both human and finances.

In managing human resource, the following are the major area of concern:
 Learn the strength of the organization human resource structure
and capitalize on it. If for example their strength is quality
production ensure that quantity is also accompanied to meet the
market demand. If the market is the problem, then ensure your
raise the market to a higher place. Your cannot raise the supply
before you create the demand in the market
 Learn the Opportunities around the organization and outside on the
production. Create product on the line of opportunities.
Opportunities will show the area of business creation and increase
in future.
 Learn on the weakness the organization is having and reduce it
because the competitors will use such opportunities to finish your
organization. The weakness of the organization is seen internally.
They can be changed by management reorganization and
reconstruction.
 Learn on the threat of the organization. This one mostly is from
outside the organization. It could be from the competitors.
Competitors make the same product as you do this may create
threat on the prices, quality, marketing, labor experience and
management experience.
 Therefore in project planning you need to analysis your SWOT
analysis in detail on the product and services of the organization.

I have accomplished in the company in the various ways:
 We have sponsored the local events on sports and managed to
produce the best players who now play in the international soccer
team from local area talents. These players have in turn assisted to
raise the economic standards of their villages and the country at
large.
 We have recognized and rewarded the best and most talented
musicians in the country. This has made the citizens to discover
their talents and now is presenting them in the international level
and has emerged to be the best. This has led to the increase of tax
to the country at large.
 We have been listed as the best company among many whose
products have emerged to meet the international standards based
on health after consumption and have received national and

 The well organization of the human resource, have made a union
which has the highest income from their monthly contribution and
have started a multiple of businesses and companies which now
employ a lot of people hence reduced the number of people
without jobs in the county. This has also increased the government
