INTRODUCTION
Employability is defined as a world which is being used in several context with the different
meanings. Employability is related to the the broader set of skills and attributes which also result
in the getting job in the near future. Transferable skills also comes under the employability skills
as it is required by an individual for making them employable. Employers always build an
outline of set of skills which they are looking in an employee along with the good technical
understanding and subject knowledge. Employability is totally depend on the skill attitudes and
knowledge of an individual. The Chosen organisation for this report is Tesco which is
multinational grocery retailer having headquarters in United Kingdom. This organisation is
arranging an awareness building campaign. This report identify the clients and agency roles by
creating a brief document which set out the problem to be address. Furthermore, it also include
the relevant data that will be needed to inform the project along with the overview of the project.
TASK 1
Roles of client and agency
Tesco has made a contract with agency for the purpose of successfully completing the
awareness campaing in the society. The major role of agency is to provide the creative directions
guidelines and inspiration along with the performance management to the creative team
members. It plays an important role in the development of a business organisation. The
reputation of agency and quality of its creativity brings the clients come to them. Generally the
Agencies are responsible for planning the advertising supervising and directing the creative
process for the purpose of leading the creative people. The main objective of the Agencies is to
produce the product creative so that it can meet the quality standards.
In the context of Tesco, agency will help the organisation in identifying and understanding
the industry Trends which include the digital advertising and media. This is an awareness
camping program under which of the agency is responsible for identifying the relievant people
on which the agency is going to explain the factors of awareness during the campaign.
It has been found that the purpose of awareness campaign always be specific for the
business organisation as each and every campaign has its own reasons for being created and
carried out. The major purpose of this camping is to to create the Awareness of saving
environment. It also result in the promotion of the products of business organisation. It has been

found that the agency is a work very well for making the camping so successful and give the
surprising result to the organisation. Agencies create the interest of customer in a specific brand
along with building the loyalty among the customers. Basically it educate the public.
TASK 2
Objectives of project and problems to be addressed
This awareness campaign is focusing on the issues related to the environment. It helps the
people in knowing about the factors which affect the environment. Tesco is a multinational
company dealing with the grocery products. They are creating this awareness program for the
purpose of informing their customers that they are not using the plastic poly bags for packing of
products. It has been found that the plastics poly bags or polythenes directly affect the
environment as it cannot be decomposed easily. Tesco has started a new concept of using the
Cotton bags or cloth bags for packing purpose. For the same purpose they are required to provide
the awareness regarding the environment in the society. This awareness camping helps the
people living in the society to know about the disadvantages of using the polythene along with
the advantages of not using the polythene in the environment. The actions should be measured by
the agency. It is necessary for the agency to perform the actions in such a manner so that the
objectives of this camping has been achieved.
It is necessary for this awareness camping to set out the problem of unhygienic environment
which also leads to the creation of several diseases. Plastic bags cannot be decompose after use.
Hence, it create a lot of a negative impact on the environment along with the health of people
living in the society. The creation of this awareness camping will agency create the awareness
among the people living in the society regarding the environment. So that they can use the cotton
or cloth bags at the place of Polythene bags. The business organisation is required to have a some
employees having the complete knowledge regarding the environment so that they can also
support the agency and deal with them as well.

ladder: they should start small and increase in intensity/commitment over time, ultimately
leading to concrete support (of time and/or money) for agencyr organization or cause.

acquisition and building agencyr constituency. But many nonprofit leaders make the
common mistake of setting a goal of obtaining as many email addresses as possible
— and nothing else. Unfortunately, acquisition isn't simply a question of getting someone
to sign up for agencyr email list. Why? Because these days everyone, nonprofit or
otherwise, asks us for our email address — and we've become conditioned to comply.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been analysed at the environment awareness camping is useful
for the business organisation as it leads to providing the information regarding the environment
to the people living in the society. It also help the business organisation in beating the
competition and generate the higher revenue as compared to their competitors. The agency is
also required to perform all the the task related to the camping as they are well aware regarding
such activities. I have also developed several of skills within myself which are given above in the
report. This support is also showing the Action Plan which is required to develop some more
skills and bring self improvement. It is required to perform the practical measures which is given
in the action plan for the purpose of improving the skills within me for the purpose of achieving
the organisational goals and objectives in an effective and efficient manner. This camping also
involve several of issues and challenges which have been faced by the agency and the business
organisation. Agency can make the successful awareness campaign by removing all these
barriers.
