Career preparation as well as work based learning is undertaken as experiences & instruction
which incurs into society or bringing community partners to classroom, for assisting individuals
to improve confidence into making informed choices related to its upcoming employment
objectives. Moreover, this facilitates much required guidance & motivation. As much as they can
desires it to so that the individuals career path which would not likely follow a straight line.
Therefore, career preparation would aids person to stay inspired during all the twists as well as
turns their career path throws to them. The aim of this report is to develop an employability
portfolio.

Based upon my various skills and experiences such as communications skills, problem solving
skills, organisational skills and others, I am seeking for the job opportunities into management
area. Organisational skills are undertaken as the set of techniques utilised through person to
renders the effectiveness of upcoming oriented learning, and task accomplishments.
Communication skills are required for speaking effectively with board variety of individuals
whilst managing effectual eye contacts etc. So, for managerial position the effective
