desired position, in stages as you progress through your Career Path. You should be able to answer the what/when/where/how/why questions
regarding your career choices.

Begin by reading the article from The Balance on career paths, (link provided at the bottom of this page). Then, complete the templates and
answer the questions on the following pages. Remember - this is your own work; your career path should be unique to you and your personal
goals.

The skills that I will need for this job are working on my leadership and team working skills. Being a worker in a restaurant is no less than
being a leader. I will have to deal with so many different clients each day. The needs and demands of the clients will vary all the time. I will
have to entertain them and address to all their queries all the time. So, I will have to keep myself in a very positive mood.

I have selected this goal because I feel that that it will help me to easily move up the ladder in a step by step process. Being a steward
will help me to gain good experiences about maintaining the cleanliness and decorum in any restaurant kitchen. So I will learn the needs
of different customers and my supervisors as well and thus form the strategies of working accordingly. This will in turn help me to
enrich my knowledge. I will also be able to assist my senior employees and gain many valuable tips from them. It is really achievable

within the given time frame as there will be no rush. I will be able to make use of my own understanding and perception along with the
knowledge that I derive from my colleagues and seniors.
