Personal analysis is one of the training need analysis that is used by the individuals to
identify the different skills and attitude that the person carriers in their personal life. The analysis
is done to ensure that the behaviour of the individual is well supported for the job role that they

goals to be achieved in my graduation period. So that these ideas and methods will support me
gaining experience and to prepare timely to achieve next level (Kolodeznikova, 2021).
Short term goals - These are meant for short time period. These goals prepare for targeting
the small growth towards the path of own career. After completing my graduation, there are a lot
of options which could be achieved in a short period of time. As I have some good knowledge of
technical skills that will help me for pursuing digital marketing. As this field has a high growth
which will help me in strengthen my skills for using IT software and tools. My goal is to
complete the digital marketing course in 6 months. In addition, I will also look for an internship
in digital marketing which will helps in gaining the practical experience and also helps me in
enhancing my IT skills.
Medium term goals – These are to be followed for a specific time. These goals needs to
be finished in 1-year time period after completing my graduation. I could achieve my targets by
registering myself for the diploma courses in masters of management. That would need a
maximum of 1-year time to finish the course of HR. With the help of this course I will build my
knowledge and attributes to perform the role of HR manger. After this I will be able to recognize
the roles and responsibilities of a HR manager performs for better productivity and profitability
of the organization. It is essential to for me to look for the career option which relates to my
fields and will help me to set my aim. Therefore, after my graduation I will become eligible for
taking part in HR programmes, campaigns and trainings which will build my skills (Hoolihan
and Thomas, 2020).
