consumer in their traveling according to the time and place. For example, in travel and
tourism sector there is a company named British airlines that has already adopted a measure
of friction-less traveling with bio-metrics, so that the people who are traveling
internationally don't have to wait in queues for their security check as well as baggage

use of automation and robotics in their various types of operations which can lead to
increase their performance as well as efficiency in the company. The change in the travel and
tourism sector has impacted the companies since the recent Covid-19 pandemic which
brought a trend for health, sanitary and cleanliness among the public globally which lead
them to attract to those organizations who are following their norms accordingly after the
pandemic situation.

In this report I have evaluated the company is wanting a job role of 'Tour operator' for
which the company has posted an advertisement. There is a need to improve the skills,
expertise, experience and knowledge in the terms of communication, planning and organizing
of the activities as well as tasks. The company needs this job and I am keen to apply for this
position as I possess critical thinking and communication skills in myself very well which can
be attracting to the HR while taking my interview (Liang and Wu, 2022). I have chosen the
travel and tourism industry as I have pursued qualifications and study in my past as per the
company's need for their job position. I can serve a passenger traveler through my skills in
their traveling. As a tour operator I can guide the passengers for the place and get their
journey organized by myself. My potential can relate to the choice of the industry as I am
good in communication skills. I can communicate so well to the travelers for their planned
journey in a positive manner so that they get interested and keen for their journey (Sarkar,
2022).
