INTRODUCTION
Career implies to staying in selfsame kind of activity and it might be one or more than
one job which means an individual can work for one or many companies . It deliver a path name
as career path which a person is require to follow (Santilli, Grossen and Nota, 2020) . It involve
grooming, education along with experience relating to work. In this a person require to analyse
all those elements which will assist her or him grow in their job or if they are moving in some
other job. It is a portion or part of life which is taken up for employment. As a graduate I have
picked General Manager as my profession. General manger refers to mangers at superior level
who look-after day to day operations of a company. This assignment includes general trends
which will effect the profession which I have chosen for myself. Further it includes includes
experience along with skills which are needed for this line of work.

render opportunity through which I will learn how to work in a team, how tom resolve conflicts,
how to make strategy in relation to the goals of my company and I will also determine all those
tactics through which I can satisfy my clients and maintain their retention in my entity. This job
vacancy will help to work as well as understand the culture of a corporate life. Trends which

that this may lead to miscommunication.

cost. I must say that this profile attract me as I like to face challenges and to derive effective
outcomes from them. This profile will make me a better person as I will learn how to perform
duties which are complex and I will have broad scope as I will manage every aspect of business
which might be marketing, HR or financing. In other words I can ask that this profile will render
a holistic view which will make me a all-rounder. This profile will teach me how to become
