The chosen profession for the future is HR, as there are various reason for which I am
interested in choosing this profession as per my career. A student who are just complete their
graduation and search different operations and reliability for the growth of their own future. This
is very important for the student to find out the best solution to get best opportunities and get
reliable approaches in their future (Chin and et.al., 2019). The growth in HR profession is related
to high growth in future, the chosen industry where I want to find out in teaching profession. As
the need of HR in the teaching profession is so high in demand and trending in future.

General trends which make an impact on your chosen professions
The use of HR profession within teaching filed is very important and trending in the
society. HR professional is the job which are keep updated an organisation that is actually related
to technological department, development, economic and globalisation change. This strem is all
related to the general concept of how teaching industry will work and retain the talent of
organisation. There are different trends and impact of the human resource profession within the
teaching industry. These are described below:
Creating flexible work schedule: This is very important in the teaching sector to make
something which is relevant to flexible work schedule. Flexibility in the working hours is

because the increasing work pressure and time spending time on the educational institute
are relatively high than others. Regardless the age, gender and any other discrimination it
is important that they have to he life outside the job environment. So it is important for
the HR to provide relevant work culture for the growth of teaching sector.
Emphasis on learning: The trend of HR which are actually focusing on learning goals
and achieve sustainable approaches. This is the trend which is related to personal and
professional development (Héder and Dajnoki, 2017). This may include different type of
learning offers, extra pay on extra annual professional development course. And many
more things that can be relatable for the growth of business. So the HT profession is

to highly communication skills. As their main task is to deal with other people and make

verbal and non-verbal communication approaches. To avoid the miscommunication this
is important to work and manage their own responsibilities within an specified nature.

with teachers, students and their parents in so important within the educational institutes.

within an organisation. The changing nature of a HR will help the educational institutes
to work and perform with ease. With the help of fostering a healthy work environment,
the HR professional must be come with the new tactics and relatable. For the growth of
employees who are engaged and invest in finding their own ways to retain other teacher
in the educational institute.
Technological skills: As the need of HR and their capabilities are increased in the
growing need and demand of market (Pouyaud and et.al., 2016). They have lots of work
to complete in an education institutes, like recruiting teacher, managing on-boarding and
trainings, tracking payroll applicabilities. Retaining good employees within educational
institutes, which are helpful for managing and improving the growth of sustainable
nature. Further this will lead to success within organisation.
Critical thinking: This is one of the important skill which are needed to be managed by
HR team in the educational institutes. This will help the students and teacher to make a
rational prospective of for the HR and their team (Watson and McMahon, 2019). For
making ease in the difficult situation this is important to address the optional applicability
of time. With the help of having critical thinking approach, the HR manager or their team
can easily manage and work within the hectic schedule of their own working
environment.
Evaluation
After completing my research on the HR profession in teaching industry, I come to
known that there are lots of opportunities which are prevailing in market. I search different
academic career in order to use my skills and knowledge. Further to improve my experience in
an industry. While searching a best place to explore more, I found Barnet eduction and learning
services, which open up their vacancy in the line of business manager. This is different from my
profession, but this is the best way to start and learn my business. Further the skills and
knowledge they are demanding is related to mine skills. The strong and effective writing skills,

verbal and non-verbal communication skills are needed. Further they want someone who haver
excellent administrative and financial skills and I have a good knowledge of that. Moreover they
ask for good organisational skills, which I have not so I try to improve that skill while working
with them. The salary which they are provided is good enough for the fresher who are just new
for the organisation and stream as well (Virtual School Business Manager, 2021). I try my best to
make different type of communication with students and their family too. Their term and policy
are majorly related to the concept which highly relatable for the future growth and success. For
the start-up I think this is the best way if I got selected in the interview process. Further it will
increase my experience and knowledge for education industry. I try my best for working in this
profession and work under different circumstances in order to implement and success of the
eduction institute and mine too. All of this research help me for finding a best outcome and
complete the procedure that accomplish the start for my professional life after completing my
graduation.
