INTRODUCTION
In present time there is intense competition are available in market in every field that is
finance, marketing, human resources etc. At this time it is highly essential for me to plan future
prominently after completing my graduate. Today’s employments landscape is changes
frequently and to move forward with full efficiency it is very essential to draft knowledge and
skills related to specify profession (Bilik and et. al., 2020). For this I have to decide my
interesting field that is Human resource. So that after leaving the university I found the job and
develop my career in Human resource profession. This report inculcates primary and secondary
research on HR professional that helps in evaluating self efficiency which is crucial to get
success in specific profession.

globally. Due to rise in MNCs requirements of HR are also high where they are working
for hiring, recruiting, evaluating workers performance etc. on the basis of experience and
knowledge and availability of handle complications that are present in global
assignments. For getting the job in human resource profession a person having
multicultural skills so that they working together on global level.
Talent crunch- With the aging of population and phenomena of demographic dividend
occurring. Country like UK has large number of young population who are searching for
jobs. To get high employability a person need to have distinct type of skills and
knowledge so that they have to communicate with community leaders, other business
partners etc. to attain objectives of business firm. It is a current trend in HR profession
which helps an individual graduate to get high profile job in this profession that enhances
their future and living standard.

EVALUATION
By analyzing above analysis and application it is to be evaluated that there are various
types of vacancies that are present within HR profession. These vacancies are Administrative
assistant, Administrative manager, Assistant HR manager, HR executive administrative etc. By
examine skills and knowledge I have to assess that I am able to do a job in HR administrative
assistant. For this I have effective communication skills along with technical skills, observation
skills. I also have an experience of 2-3 months as an intern within reputed company that helps
me to provide the job within the HR profession effectively and efficiently.
It is to be evaluated that within business school I have to participate in several activities
where I would perform the role of handling team along with effective communication. Due to
this my interested field is administrative assistant in HR. I want to work within any sector
industry within HR profession. I also would prefer other people to do a job within HR profession
as it is very interesting field. This also helps in enhancing the living standards of people. Hence,
it is very effective job profile to develop the future professional career.
