INTRODUCTION
In present time there is intense competition are available in market in every field that is
finance, marketing, human resources etc. At this time it is highly essential for me to plan future
prominently after completing my graduate. Today’s employments landscape is changes
frequently and to move forward with full efficiency it is very essential to draft knowledge and
skills related to specify profession (Bilik and et. al., 2020). For this I have to decide my
interesting field that is Human resource. So that after leaving the university I found the job and
develop my career in Human resource profession. This report inculcates primary and secondary
research on HR professional that helps in evaluating self efficiency which is crucial to get
success in specific profession.

As per the view point of author “Maity, (2019)” it is to be reflected that there are several
trends which are present while a person focus on working in human resource profession. HR is a

crucial part of an organization that is working with the changing world. For this several trends
are demonstrate which are prevailing in HR profession.
 Globalization and its implications- Currently business have no boundaries as it reaches
globally. Due to rise in MNCs requirements of HR are also high where they are working
for hiring, recruiting, evaluating workers performance etc. on the basis of experience and
knowledge and availability of handle complications that are present in global
assignments. For getting the job in human resource profession a person having
multicultural skills so that they working together on global level.
 Talent crunch- With the aging of population and phenomena of demographic dividend
occurring. Country like UK has large number of young population who are searching for
jobs. To get high employability a person need to have distinct type of skills and
knowledge so that they have to communicate with community leaders, other business
partners etc. to attain objectives of business firm. It is a current trend in HR profession
which helps an individual graduate to get high profile job in this profession that enhances
their future and living standard.

which are needed within HR profession that are demonstrated below:
 Speaking ability or effective communication skill- It refers to that skill in which a
person have an ability to speak in front of a crowd. This skill is very crucial for
developing the career effectively and efficiently. A person have an ability to present in
front of larger audience without vocab the “umm, like etc.”
 Reading and observing people- It is another skill that is essential within HR
professional. To become a HR it is highly necessary to read and observe the people so
that issues related to subordinates are to be resolved easily.
 Listening skills- This skill is highly essential to do a job within HR profession. In this an
individual have the ability to put aside their agenda and listen the other person issues and
what are they saying. For this a person need a knowledge regarding focused mind (The 12

 Intercultural sensitivity and language skill- It is an effective skill which is needed
within HR profession. In this an individual have an ability to understand the different
language so that they effectively work as a HR profession within global market.
 Team-working skill- Team work is one of the most effective skills that a HR profession
holds. An individual must have exerts in collaborating the members of company to work
together for attaining the goals and targets on specify period of time.

EVALUATION
By analyzing above analysis and application it is to be evaluated that there are various
types of vacancies that are present within HR profession. These vacancies are Administrative
assistant, Administrative manager, Assistant HR manager, HR executive administrative etc. By
examine skills and knowledge I have to assess that I am able to do a job in HR administrative
assistant. For this I have effective communication skills along with technical skills, observation
skills. I also have an experience of 2-3 months as an intern within reputed company that helps
me to provide the job within the HR profession effectively and efficiently.
It is to be evaluated that within business school I have to participate in several activities
where I would perform the role of handling team along with effective communication. Due to
this my interested field is administrative assistant in HR. I want to work within any sector
industry within HR profession. I also would prefer other people to do a job within HR profession
as it is very interesting field. This also helps in enhancing the living standards of people. Hence,
it is very effective job profile to develop the future professional career.

Tesco Plc, UK wants to hire an HR administrative assistant who has high talent and skills
to handle the workforce of the company effectively and efficiently. Requirements of HR
administrative are effective communication, basic observation skills, listening skills, team
building skills. An individual also have a reputed business school degree to get the job in our
company. Applicants who are interested for this particular job role will send their resume on
company website with an effective salary and benefits.

CONCLUSION
From above explanation it is to be concluded that career research is a prominent term for
a student who completed their education because it helps in examine the current trends and
changes which are present within their interested field. It is very crucial for a person to
understand the trends and fashion which are present within industry. This research report
inculcates analysis and application that would be done through primary and secondary analysis.
These two methods provide the best solution to the research aim. It is quite effective for
developing the profession and personal context. This report helps in evaluating the interested
profession along with job vacancy within the company so that growth and development is to be
done of an individual person.
