INTRODUCTION
Career view point is considered as set of people’s perspectives and concerns a patterns of
employment related experiences. A career perspective affect how individual person view their
own career. It driven their attention and efforts toward reach expected outcomes in term of
achieving short, long and medium term aims. The current assignment will be based on specific
profession and that is HR. The study will explain general trends which will impact on, and skills
& experience needed for selected profession. Furthermore, the report will justify reason behind
selecting the particular area of employment and evaluation based on determination of appropriate
vacancy from chosen human resource occupation.

General Trends which will impact on chosen profession such as HR
Human resource is one of those career growth professions that provide varied growth
chances to individual person that they grab in effective and appropriate manner. In this
profession there are varied chances happen, which may put direct impact on the jobs that a
person applies for such as HR manager. In the recent time, the biggest chance occurs related to
chosen profession is employee experience as demand of recruiter (Future of HR 2030: What
You Need to Know Today, 2020). They expect to hire those candidates who are able to conduct
ethical practices and have great experience of work related to chosen profession for which they
apply. They support to recruit and select an individual who have set of useful skills and
capabilities like utilization of advance technologies that has been used by HR specialists to
perform different tasks on time and provide desire outcomes to high authority. This chance may
put direct impact on knowledge and competencies that a person need to perform their duties and
fulfil accountabilities in regard to a profession that they select and expect to play vital role as
employee in a well-reputed organization.
Technology advancement is another change that happen in similar profession and driven
the attention of candidates toward developing or improving their skills accordingly. Due to
technology enhancement, employer supposed to select and hire those people’s as Human
resource manager who are capable and comfortably work within digital marketing and other
form of technologies. It may put positive impact on selected profession in term of increasing
individual’s productivity, performance and efficiency level. With the advanced technologies they
will perform even better than last few years or months when they are using traditional methods

of employee’s performance management and other as they responsibilities of HR specialist
(Barboza, 2019). The best example of this chance is AI, as in today’s era, organizations prefer to
work with artificial intelligence because it has contributed to enhance operational effectiveness
or efficiency and provide success and progress chances to firms.
Globalization is also included in category of those factors that put direct impact on
selected profession in term of increasing pressure on individuals who are applying for human
resource manager position in a company (Kiradoo, 2021). It may lead to increase work pressure
and also provide clear expectations of employers in term of having and using those competencies
that make a person able to manage diverse workforce in the future and activities related to them.
It is fact that due to globalization, organizations whether they are small or large may take
approach to expand their business and enter into new market place where business success &
growth chances are accessible in bulk. These practices may enhance their workforce which is
quite essential for HR manager to manage appropriately. It may drive the attention of companies
toward change and develop plan to do so that also affect HR profession.
Managing candidates who are working from home is another change, that is also
related to human resource profession (Hite and McDonald, 2020). It can be said that pandemic
has changed the world in varied terms, as it affects the way people perform their duties and
accountabilities related to an employment field that they chose to work on it. It is quite essential
for a person who will apply for HR manager position in a company to consider this chance and
develop skills to comply their practices with it, which make their work much easier than ever.
Along with above, this chance may also put impact on experience, competencies and knowledge
that needed to fulfil responsibilities of HR manager in term of improving a skill even better than
before.

In order to grab a job opportunity in profession of Human resource, it is important for a
person to have or develop key skills, knowledge and experienced, which make them able to
become a human resource manager in the future after completing their higher education and

It is important to develop or improve leadership competence for a person who take
interest to work in profession of HR. It may give them power to lead a team of skilled and
experienced candidates who are working to achieve common aim and objectives of an
organization. This skill is required along with other as well to play vital role as HR manager in a
successful firm or venture.
Effective communication-
Another skill that required to perform a role of human resource manager is current one,
which may give them confident to interact with number of people’s or candidates that work
together. HR manager is responsible to interact with existing and new employees in order to
solve their issues and identify their needs, which is important for them to determine
appropriately and then take action to fulfil each.
Organizational skill-
Strong organizational competencies drive the attention of HR manager to conduct those
activities that may help to create pleasant and positive working environment at workplace where
number of candidates are working to reach expect outcomes. With this skill they may perform
even better and because of this reason applicant may have to improve or develop that in effective
manner on time before taking any approach related to HR profession.
Problem solving-
At the stage in career of academic or employment, an applicant may have problem
solving skill, which in return solve their issues whether they are persona or professional as well
as others (Ahammad, Glaister and Gomes, 2020). This competence may give them power to
boost the others morale and confidence level that is necessary for them to do it. It is one of the
best and most effective skills that has been utilized by each and every applicant.
Collaborative skill-
At the same stage, a candidate also need to develop or improve collaborative skill, which
enable them to collaborate with other who are performing around them and for a company. This
competence may increase their collaborative practices and driven the attention toward
coordinating with all for purpose of solving their issues and more reasons. This skill provides
varied benefits to user in bulk such as to enhance performance level.

Multitasking-
It is necessary to a candidate who expect to begin their professional career in field of HR,
to have the knowledge of multitasking. It may give them power to accomplish important tasks,
activities and projects on time. This knowledge may contribute to increase productivity,
performance and efficiency level and also support to save time as well as efforts regarding
strategic plans and strategies formation.

It is important to have 3 to 5 years of experience.

EVALUATION
I am interested in job of human resource manager, because it will provide great opportunity
to me to collaborate and coordinate with such an amazing, talented and creative people who are
holding bunch of skills and work excellently to reach expected outcomes. HR manager job role is
of interest to me because of varied reasons. For example, it provides a strong growth chances to
me, and provide excellent days with a variety of actions, work and possibly event tele interaction
chances that build strong relation with others that are working in same work place. This job role
is relating to my potential choices of profession appropriately as I had chosen HR specialist
employment field for myself. I prefer this job chance to others I considered because it boost
individual person confidence level, morale and allow to gain better experience while working
with skilled, knowledgeable and talented candidates. In the recent time, whether it is HR or other
occupation, high confidence, better skills and morale is needed. Human resource manager job
role within HR profession is emerging as many companies demands to hire HR specialist who
are able to manage diverse workforce in systematic and appropriate way.
