Career research is defined as the process where people completes their qualification
started review regarding several job opportunities that can aids to develop the business functions.
This is important for each individual to develop their employability skills by graduate from
different college and universities. The individual is having different skills and abilities to work
who have participated in business activities and functions as it supports to develop the business
productivity. Having traits make individuals a valuable resources for the organization where it
supports to develop the business productivity and profitability. Skills may be in terms of
professional and personal that is used to achieve the desired goals of business organization. For
current report in profession, is Human resource management that plays an important role in each
organization and supports to develop the organizational productivity. The main reason behind
using HRM profession is to grab the opportunity of showcasing talent in human resources and to
perform all functions effectively (Moyeen, Kamal, and Yousuf, 2019). To understand about HR
profession Savoy Hotel has been taken that is larger size UK’s hotel offering different types of
accommodation and food services to their customers that can help to develop organizational
performance. I'm interested in learning more about this field because I'd like to be a part of the
business decision-making process. The study looks at the research on the job I chose and its
future developments, as well as the skills, expertise, and experience needed to pursue it.

out vacancy, recruiting people, and get complete their work effectively. It is critical for each
organisation to understand what people want and how they may be fulfilled so that the
appropriate products and services can be supplied. Human resource management is the strategic
approach to the effective and efficient management of people in an organization that can help to
attain the competitive advantages. In other words, HRM is the function of an industry that
handles everything having to do with its people. Planning, organising, directing, staffing, and
controlling are the main functions of HRM which are used to manage all functions and activities
that can help to operate their business and increase the organizational productivity (Yallop, and
Seraphin, 2020).
