INTRODUCTION
In human life it is very important to choose the career in particular field in which people have
personal interest and choose that path and set a ambition of life and achieve the objectives so that
the people have great life head in his future career. In the career development I have to develop
skills and knowledge which help them to survive in the life of journey and prepare for the
problem-solving and decision making for life. In this report I choose marketing field as a career
path in which I analyse how the marketing skills and knowledge is required to develop and use
this skills in organization for the growth and smooth work. The general trends which will
impacts on the marketing field like on Globalisation and Technology. I have to set the objectives
in my life which need to achieve to become successful in life (Bridgstock, et.al. 2019) .

Impact of Globalisation in Marketing Industry
It is the process at where business is developed and run on international scale where the
organization have to follow all the policy of which will directly impact the business at global
level. There are different types of impact which is faced by the organization at global level are:
Competition: The competition is become very high in the market due to globalization the
product of different country are easily available in the market. The customer also know that they
have end number of option to get the best product in the market. In UK marketing competition is
very high due to the number of variety is available in the substitute product which will
automatically increase the competition in the market.
Tourism: If the company business is deal in tourism then you need to choose the best place
where people are interested to visit or the students are willing to come for studies then only this

The technology is changing very fast in the world it directly changes work style in the
organization in market. The technology improve the performance of the organization and it also
enhances the production level of the organization. Now a days firm is totally depend upon
technology (ORIA and PERDHANA, 2022). In UK, the technology is very advanced the people
is also comfortable with the use of technology and for the UK citizens technology is become a
part of life now they operate their daily work on the technology tools only in the market. There
some factors in technology which directly impact the marketing industry.
On the basis of consumer:
Mobile: In the world more than 5 billions of people are using mobile devices and approximately
half of the population people using latest smartphone in his life. It is captured that around $93
billions is spent on mobile devices every years. The companies in UK, can do the business at
global level where they start selling their devices in different countries, so that they easily
capture the customer in the market.
Entertainment: In the global level it is record that people spent their time to watching the
entertainment videos in online mode or visiting the entertainment places where they have to pay
to watch. It is half billion people watching videos online in daily life.
On the basis of brands need in marketers:
Personalization at scale: The study is conducted to find out the profit generation of each
organization where it is observed that from last few years the organization profit is rapidly grow

the product in the market it is most important thing is communication skills (Rahayu, Rasid and
Tannady, 2019).
Creativity and Problem-Solving: The person who think different from the others in the market
for doing the business in the market. The creative thinking help the person to tackle all the
problems easy which arise in the business while achieving the objectives. The UK marketers
have different market skills where the thinking process is totally different from the others in the
market which help them to sell their product easily in the market.
Interpersonal Skills: The person have to developed good interpersonal skills which help them
to create bond and relationship with different kind of people related to their business. If the

techniques which help marketer to do their best in the market. The people have to adopt this
change as soon as possible in the industry which help the organization develop in the market.
The UK marketers had to adapt the changes in the organization in which they have to adopt new
best tools and techniques which come in the market for enhancing the performance of the
production (Salas-Rueda, 2021).
Attention to Detail: The information you provide must be correct in details because this
information is ready or seen by many people in the market so if you provide information about
the product in the market then must be correct details in the market. The UK marketers have to
share all the information correctly in the market about the product.
