INTRODUCTION
It is required for making career brighter which is essential by an individual through
making academic capabilities enhance by choosing proper field. In order to make this purpose
achieved I have selected marketing field within retail industry after my graduation. Major reason
for selecting the field is that it helps in development of interaction with new persons by
influencing them over buying products of an organization through uplifting sales accordingly. It
is helpful in developing my career in more effective and efficient manner within marketing field.
Further assignment cover about skills, knowledge and experience that has been explained by me
in relation over working within an well established organization.

General trends which impact on retail industry
After I have done my MBA within the marketing field and working with small firms
within London in relation to marketing. This made my career more brighter, I have seek better
options for getting job within the same field but in an renowned organization. For this purpose I
utilized search various online portals like indeed.co.uk, naukri.com and various other job portals
for getting job as per my interest (Kim and et. al., 2020). Now with the help of indeed site I have
got job vacancy within Tesco company as marketing manager within operation team. The
organization is one of the most popular retailer within UK and has been operating all over the
world. As change in market scenario makes various competitors within market arise regarding
retail sector. This makes competitive edge attained over advantage which is been gained by an
organization. Also this increases sales with performance with the help of qualified and
experienced candidates working for them. Regarding Tesco online access has made me evaluate
about different organization which provides opportunities to fresher and makes them attain
experience within the field. It is also believed that freshers come with innovative ideas which
makes development achieved in more faster manner. I have further done evaluation upon
organization that made me realised that various opportunities is been generated with freshers
and people having experience of at least tow to three years in the same field. I believe that it is
helpful in making chances over showing abilities through respective organization which makes
career more bright.

within last year through sales performance of Tesco which makes comparison of retailer like
ASDA and H&M. Major reason behind this makes low performance emerged upon new
technologies within an organization through latest technologies in order to run business with
more effectiveness. Under it Tesco is willing to introduce itself in marketing department which
makes technical skills within given field. It has given post of advertisement marketing by
developing management done with active active planning. Also it has makes sure about roles and
responsibilities is been defined. As per this knowing more about Tesco, I have talk with
employees. In this conversation is been made and I have marked out that analysis is done with
heavy work pressure within an organization, where it is compulsory for every worker to possess
knowledge about latest technologies.
Skills, Knowledge and experience required
As management is been done through central hub within marketing operation which
makes planning over managing of activities through making collaboration done. Therefore role
is been performed which is related to marketing activity planner over person needs for making
strong communication with computer skills developed (Hyseni Duraku and et. al., 2020). In this
skills like MS-Excel and Powerpoint has to be learned. In this Tesco plc organization in order to
give employment over the post, there is requirement of employment which makes good
experience within the field. In this some skills which is required to be presented has been
explained as follows:
Communicate, negotiate and network: For performing of given roles and responsibility in
relation to marketing activity planner it is required for an individual over creating strong
negotiation skills an large networks. That is why improvement of these skills makes me get
the job with enhancement of sales performance within Tesco according to requirements.
Collaborate with marketing operations team: In Tesco thousands of workers is working at
same place for which collaboration is done I have to keep calm and shares information
through marketing team.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: For marketer it is essential over
maintaining of strong management skills through which development, management and

organization deals with grocery, general merchandise and financial services which is been

The reason to choose the organization is that it is more effective over providing good reputation
within market and has been dealing within same industry under which I am looking for job. I am
interested in the job over particular interest within industry.
Further I have completed that various studies within the area within which an
organization helps in recruiting of employees. I have experience of two years of working over
same job profile within an organization. The job is appropriate for me because I have studied
about areas which organization is looking for recruits. I am having gain experience over two
years working in same job profile over other organization. The job is very easy to adopt for me
as I am not required over asking an consulting from others which I have done in particular and
looking for another job within the same sector. Working in an bigger organization enhances
chance regarding career development, personal and professional development that every
individual wishes over making achievement possible. I had clearly evaluated about this job
profile and has also looked upon the skills and requirements which the company is asking in their

employees to get selected. These are the marketing skills, information about the use of modern
technology and I am also good in influencing other people (Bilik and et. al., 2020).
Also Tesco has been providing financing services to customer which make quality over
influencing different persons that is necessary. I think that influencing other persons with more
better things achieved. I have planning skills which is helpful in making better plan through
appraising within my last organization I have worked for. In current organization work is been
done within the field of sales and marketing. In this organization is dependent over marketing
skills through making sales of an organization enhanced with more efficiency. This
responsibility is of marketing manager as he developed strategies in order to improve
management. So, the skills has been helping in selecting of job profile posted by an organization.
This is the reason upon selecting me instead of other over job regarding the role as I posses
appropriate skills and abilities. I have made development while working with an organization. As
an organization candidates is not only good marketing skills but better within technical work as
modern technology helps in making marketing done in more effective manner. That is why
organization is required to use for modern technology. As I am having both skills which is
technical and marketing that adds plus point for me. This is the reason I should be selected for
job (Ayyala and et. al., 2019).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been included that development of career is one of the
most effective thing which makes need and requirements of an organization fulfilled. In this both
primary and secondary data makes possibilities develop through such data over attaining better
results. Also it can be marked out that various jobs profiled attains different set of skills which is
required by an individual by making contribution with high growth and development possible.
