I am striving to shape up my career as a marketing manager. I think my current skills such as
ability of communication, leadership, organizational skills, creative mindset etc. are looking
in favour to be a marketing manager. My personal values are being honest and innovative so
being a marketing manager will help me to utilize these values.
What are the top 3 skills you think you will require to successfully get a job in your desired
field? How are you going to develop these skills to a strong standard?
I need strong communicational skills, specifically when it comes to problem solving phase.
Secondly, I need to have ability of using modern tools and software, at last ability of turning
knowledge into results is needed.
By fabrication of proper plan would be developing these skills to a stronger standard.

Being innovative and taking risk are my values. They are helpful to generate my interest and

I personally found that the most interesting thing has been knowledge of Digital marketing
what I acquired today. I found it interesting due to my intensive interest in this field. It has
been in my radar form so long and at last the session fulfilled my intellectual need.
In this modern phase of marketing the need of digital marketing cannot be avoided. A person
who is striving to fabricate its career in marketing field is supposed to have command on
digital marketing.
One thing I learnt
The best part I learnt was, to use modern tools for augmentation of marketing. The present

quite aware of data usage but management of data is still a tough nut for me.
I might have learnt more if ....
I have the skills of digital advertising because it helps leads the best generations tools and

ways to advertise the business. I also learnt more if I have the skills of problem solving and
critical thinking skills which are most important in marketing, I could easily handle to
problems of business and adjusting the poor performance of marketing campaign with the
