INTRODUCTION
A Self-reflection outlines the person’s ability to adapt and eager to continually learn a new
aspect of the experience and its reason for their future development. An Action Plan is a process
that combines the information needed to achieve goals and objectives. The action plan contains
action measures and objectives and mechanisms to achieve these goals over a fixed budget
period. Self-reflection is an important action that permits a leader to develop themselves for the
future employability (Walker‐Donnelly, Scott and Cawthon, 2019). Therefore, following report
illuminates self-reflection through accessing the present skills, knowledge and experience. It
creates a wide range of individual comparisons and articulates a strong and weak point that is
currently required for my growth. The strong part will also expose my weaknesses or
underdeveloped areas. An action plan will also be made in view of the weaknesses, which in turn
require further development. In addition, resources and time required to improve those areas will
be discussed. Also report launching a resume and LinkedIn profile will also be created on this
page.
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is a systematic way of assessing my current skills and abilities which
means identifying weaknesses and strengths and developing them for future development. My
current desire is to get job opportunity in a transport company either as a transport manager or
marketing executive.
Communication skills
Communication skills mean being able to communicate well, which is great for a person's
ability to convey facts to another person. Communication is the ideal way in a transport industry
Because there required a strong essence of the communication between the sender and receiver
party in which company dealing with. After a long while I have realised that the communication
skills are the dominant skills in the transport industry and one of the prominent job skill for a
marketing executive. To learn and enhance my communication skills, I went to seminars, where I
often interacted with friends when we were introduced to VIVA (Yoon and et. al., 2019). I am
confident in mining cooperation and communication skills, however I hope my communication
skills helped me achieve my career goals. Apart from having a year of professional marketing, I
hope that my communication skills will help me to get job in a transport industry company.

Interpersonal skills:
In a large transport company one need to keep a strong connection with the peers and
this can be achieved with good interpersonal skills. There is always a very effective team in the
transport industry that transports its assets from one place to another and their qualities that
require strength, skill, calmness and flexibility. One of the biggest controversies is to create
communication so communication with people is necessary about goods and services whether set
or not.
Leadership:
In a transport company one need to keep motivating the employees and also keep inspiring the
both receiver carrier party. Therefore, I have realised that the transportation industry needed
leadership skills because it is important to speak to people consistently and be clear about goals
and objectives, value the contributions of employees and colleagues and increase their work-
related respect (Brenner, 2021). I have attended many mini-workshop and also went in many
seminar to know how to enhance a great leadership skill which can help me to have true follower
who will follow my direction of the vision.
Computer literacy:
No matter what department you were working every department have a computer
operator and also every executing need to have little knowledge about operating computer. I
have realised that the transport industry is a much needed requirement for any modern day
business and every sector are trying hard to utilise the benefits of Information & technology.
Several cases in these skills are needed to improve qualifications that are very helpful such as
computer operating. Therefore, I went to attend the computer course like Sap and Python along
with the knowledge of the MS office toolkit which has greater importance for indivudal personal
and professional growth development.
Decision making skills:
No matter what role you are working at, every executive whether it is marketing or sales need to
make certain decision on regular basis. Being a transport marketing manager one of the
promising skills must be able to make decisions and make the right decision. Because with self-
experience during mine internship I have found that there will always be situations where the
supply chain is adjusted as much as possible with the help of better decisions. It is the power to
make decisions that are often the most important in any administrative role and to make quick

quick strategic decisions and increase my thinking capability to think for a mile rather than of
short way.

MIS is the rising technology in the every business and all businesses use this technology to store
and extract data and information. Management information systems are the centre of everything
they can but should not be put aside. While working in transport industry I should expect to be
on the writing list but instead of investing in analytical skills in order to be more effective in the
performance of the system (Hartung and Vess, 2019). I will join a training institute to gain the
complete insight about the use and worth of the MIS skills for my job requirement.
