 Employment skills are transferable skills that
are needs by individuals in order to get good
employment opportunity in future
circumstances.
 It includes soft skills that helps a person in
completing the task and responsibilities in
most effective manner, make use of its
existing potential knowledge and capabilities
to solve particular problem.

PERSONAL AUDIT
 Personal audit helps in analysing individuals existing capabilities, key skills and knowledge that
can be useful for the organisation in achievements of its end goals.
 Through conducting personal audit, I will able to identified my key strength, weakness, attribute
and attitude that will contribute in imminent career and future progression into graduate
