A manager is an entity within an organisation that is responsible
to control and administer the company. They manage each
resource of the company up to its full potential and the agenda of
a manager is to enhance the performance of the firm.
Introduction

 Career development is quite imperative in an organisation to ensure effective performance and
personal growth. As for me, my managerial and personal skills would support my career development
plan as:
 Planning and Managing activities would allow me to ease work pressure daily and effectively plan the
strategies which helps in achieving each task efficiently.
 Time Management would allow me to effectively divide the tasks and allot specific time to each
activity. This would allow me to judge the effectiveness of activities based on time.
