INTRODUCTION
Career development is the process in which an individual undergoes with lots of changes
so that they can evolve with a great success in a future. Career development is the most
important thing because without this, it would be difficult for the people to spend their living as
they would not be able to earn money(Chin, Jiao and Jawahar, 2019). It is basically a continuous
process which needs to be done by the individual so that they can work and put all their efforts
together. If the individuals need to move up then for that they have to develop some of the skills
and talent which will be beneficial not just in the workplace but it will also be useful for their
career. In the workplace also, employers will be taking those people only who are good in the
skills which they will be requiring but this will ultimately be useful for them only to increase
their competencies (Becker and et. al., 2018). Thus, for any of the individuals who want to make
development in their career then in this thing first they have to make the identification of a
roadmap which will be suitable for them. This report will cover a job description and a CV in
which the job description will be based on the preferred graduate job and the CV will provide the
role which will be chosen.

2018). This is also used in the career planning of an individual which provides a record of all the

they can solve the issues in order to deliver the products. They must be having the skills of
making good communication with other people because the role of a transport manager will
require this thing. They have to make different strategic development and have to make the
records which can be used for the future purpose.

To become a transport manager there are many things which has to be done by them and those
covers the following-
Their responsibility is to check that products which will be sent through the vehicles are
maintained in a proper way. This has to be done by a transport manager because if they
will not be keeping a check on the vehicles then the products will not be sent to the
required destination at a right time.
To make sure that the repairing and maintenance of vehicles is taking place at every
time because at times the things has to be send to other destination in a sudden way.
This is the reason why it becomes very important to check the vehicles.

Curriculum vitae or CV is short summary about the life of a individual which covers all their
qualification, skills and the abilities to do required job and the education which they have
taken(Caniglia and et. al., 2021). CV is useful because to take any new job this is the first thing
which is being asked by the employer to take a brief of a person.
