 A license by completing the National Council of Licensure Examination for a

Comparison of qualifications
The qualifications that I currently acquire include skills of a nurse like providing
compassionate care to patients, dedicated in the betterment of patients and instate and
many more, as I have been working for various health institutes since 14 years. When

compared to my present skills, for my current target job, I do not have certain skills. The
gaps that I need to fill for qualifying to my next career move are critical thinking,
problem solving and analysis (Kaminski, 2015). Some more skills include computer and
technical skills, skills for project management and the certifications like license of
NCLEX-RN and Informatics Nurse Certification.
