This report aims at analysing the career growth in respected field. This also shows the
need of individual for identification of personal analysis and impact on development of itself in
future. The career profession as human resource manager in the travel and tourism industry
which is situated in United Kingdom, there are some trends which are possessed by a manager.
For achieving this position a person have to develop skills like interpersonal, communication,
time and digital management. In the current scenario there are many opportunities which prevails
in market for the role of HR manager. The report includes knowledge and behaviour, personal
strength and career fulfilling behaviour. The action plan for improvement of week areas and
application in position of desired role is also included in this report.

Personal analysis
Through working on the classification and analyse the ability and knowledge of own. I
recovered numerous ability which I need in career evolution. There are many factors which are
important for choosing career action. There are various skills which I lack, at the time of work
experience in the university and at my current job role(Hanasono, 2021). The knowledge I
gained in how to make connection with co workers, improves in communication and skills of
presentation. The ability which essentially have in an person to work in HR occupation is trouble
resolution, mind making, coaching and administrative power. In my experience the good
administration and decision making is beneficial for me. The lack of communication and
coaching ability make an impact on growth of my career and opportunity(Waters, 2021). For
performing the role of HR manager the important knowledge must be conceptual and technical
field. I take feedback for my work to gain experience. I have hesitation with talking to the group
of people, for solving problem I am not able to understand the topic(Homsey, 2021). The
requirement for taking best measures to improve skills in my career growth, the projects and
learning at the university helped in it. The week point and strength is necessary to analyse. The
description in own experience is presented below:

What areas do I lack in?: In the life of individual, some of the area which are remaining
imperfect. The efforts and courage is required to do work dedicatedly for learning, anyone can
not learn everything at a time(Kenny, Blustein and Meerkins, 2018). The personal experience
for learning in university, this is been find through participating in the project which I have done
in my individual assessment. But when I does group work, I have lack in controlling, the group
of work is guided in wrong direction. Because of poor communication skill, I was unable to
present the idea to the other persons which results in missing the deadline and not fulfil the
objectives.
Where do you need further examples in own application: in application to work the
key skill is required and the knowledge of my further future life. I have to concentrate on my
verbal skill in written and verbal ways, for applying in multinational company the CV have to be
build and need some good skills to add(Mertz and Neiles, 2020). The application under this
confident due to not having the technical knowledge this will impact on career growth.
Where do you feel weak in overall application: in the general request of my attempt and
activity finished in the university, I felt weak in few of exercise which has furnish me sensibility
about areas for change. I got tense and weak when I have to ready for interviews. I was not
certain about what knowledge and ability I required have so, I decided to have an experience in
it(MOTLEY and MCMULLIN, 2020). but I lack action from the interview session, due to
which I was not able to examine my weak and capable area.
Current strength: by analyse total work activity and hard activity, I learned that I have
great management ability. These will be my posture and areas of evolution in my professional
business. I would be capable to manage people, dealing and departments by giving great thought
and solving complex enterprise difficulty(Pifer, 2021). Also, I have soft ability through which I
could easily convenience people and motivate them for challenging work.
Areas to focus: After undertaking all the occurrence in work action, there are some of
essential region which must be better(Walker‐Donnelly, Scott and Cawthon, 2019). I need to
look for development communicating, social and coaching ability. These areas are effectual for
building occupation in human resource occupation as the industry look for gifted personnel who
could carry off business difficulty and fulfill clients.
