INTRODUCTION
As the prospective students, they looking forward to acquire new skills, abilities or
interest. These qualities and interest after become important for the career choice and profession.
There are many carer options in construction field such as construction project managers,
electrician, civil engineers, solar photovoltaic installers, wind turbine technicians, sheet metal
workers and glaziers (Shaye, 2019). To become a construction worker first of all I have to
complete my secondary education after that I have to go for bachelor in engineering management
, complete an apprenticeship, finish speciality certifications. To finding my passion I m
interested in architecture because employees on the job alongside advanced robotic technology,
that workers incentivized and rewarded that depend upon productivity and a collaboratively team
environment. This report determine the career viewpoint, that I want to become architect so, I
have tried to involve all skills and abilities, approaches and strategies student are able to find
useful while selecting a field of interest, I have selected engineering management to become
architect, this report revolves around of current trends and investigation of the commercial
enterprise as well.

construction industry, trends like the like the rise of new technology requirements (Maree,
2019). It identified factors from the literature are time management, availability of resources,
financial issues, labours, environmental conditions, materials and equipment used, lack of safety,
coordination of participant, design, lack of communication, selection of contractor, inspection,
codes and standards, execution. The various trends that will impact the construction industry,
this industry is always changing and evolving, every new trends appear with in the industry,
from technological advancement to stronger focus on sustainability. If I am looking forward for

construction job so, I have to attain various skills and abilities, in construction field that gives me
extra knowledge to grow in future.
More technological integration: It is the major factor that enhance in nearly every
commercial enterprise, Recent advancement have resulted in technology that is specifiably
suited to construction, with more drone usage and 3 d printing than ever before, it is likely the
construction industry will embrace both these forms of technology (Lee, 2020). In the context
of construction job BIM technologies very essential, there are lot of benefits to using business
information technology. It makes resource management easier that assist people to stay in touch
throughout the project that enabled increased collaboration.
Enhancement modular construction projects: Construction project requires the energy
and cost effectiveness it is the ideal at a time when most materials prices are increase highly.
Construction project looking forward to reduce the or give best quality product, with the help of
overall ease of design and the appropriate construction of the homes is quite quick.
focus on sustainability: Students are focused on sustainability, it also much better for
the world as a whole. Construction organization will place a focus on sustainability. Still it is
essential to find the best commodity for the job.

In construction job, I have to need working on knowledge of maths, algebra And various
size and dimensions adjustments , and reading skills is very essential because there were written
document of construction material, so I am able to read all the documents which is very
important. This industry gives physically challenge and mentally challenge. I have to increase
my inner capabilities. There is lot of skills and traits in construction workers need to posses in
relation to successful in their work. This job has wide range of task and working conditions, in
this field there is challenges, risk. So I have to prepared myself from overall prospective. First of
I suppose to learn to operate the machines because this industry works with the help of machine.
So I have to know all the specifications, powers of machines. Requirement of this profession are
given below
Physical strength In construction job physically and mental health and stamina as well
it is very important to carrying out many various task on construction site. This profession
include heavy machines, physical strength and heavy lifting. If I am not strong enough to this

job, so I unable to do work. Workers will need to posses correct posture and form to be
efficiently and safety, it include manual power,both interior and exterior.
Hand eye coordination: As per the above discussion physical strength is very
important, this profession does not require sitting job, it takes long hours shifts and constant
working from the engineering (Vondracek, and et. al., 2019). It requires best fitness, eyesight,
presence of mind, communication skills. In the relation of workers they are able to examine
details at close and far range and they are able to operate equipment quickly.
Building and engineering knowledge: Technical knowledge plays very crucial role in
physical competence. There are many workers get fail due to lack of knowledge, lack of
appropriate preparation with special types of works. Acquaintance with the substantial and tool
required to fill a wide range of building work priceless to a worker's skill set. According to me I
have to include various kinds of skills, if labour will not come due to some urgent work so, I
have to add some skills such as measurement, piece of work, renovation, conceptualization,
roofing, knowledge of and cognitive content with construction materials, powers tools and wall
covering various others.
Memory: Construction company requires sharp memory, construction organization
desire worker who can work severally and individual adequate. It also definite quantity exactness
and quality, fabulous memory is a mandatory attribute in command to request important
information and procedure.
Communication: Communication skills is very important in every field because effective
communication skills is helpful for personal growth as well as professional growth. On the other
side, I will need able to communicate questions, to their unit as well as craft emails, reports and
written document and I have to include various skills such as: reading, vocabulary, ability to
listen to locomote directions, verbal and non verbal communication.
Occurrence with technology: In construction job, technology plays very crucial role, it
continuous to be of the most effective construction that will impact the industry in the years to
come (Bozionelos, and et. al., 2020). Construction organization looking forward for new
technologies for able to fight with competitors individuals are awaited to accommodate to new
advancement in construction technology such as:
Virtual reality, construction content modelling, drones, business enterprise administration
software.

Problem solving and decision making skills: If I am see my carer in construction job.
So I have to enhance my quality in terms of problem solver, because good leaders comes with
solution not with problem. Every construction worker has able to make appropriate decision.
Team work: It is very essential because in this field collaboration is very important.
Workers are able to work and they know how to communicate well with their co workers and
motivate their team and make sure the reckons become accomplished on given time (Guo,
Wang, and Wang, 2019). Theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge includes the overall
knowledge that push towards the excellence and get success.
Leadership: It is very essential having social control or managerial skills will give hype
in the construction sector. If I grab the leadership qualities that will assist me in completion of
tasks and I have to include leadership and management skills such as, negotiating prices,
reaching out to prospective clients, directing teams and many others (Baym, 2019).
Evaluation: I have also keen interest in the working of construction, building sites with machine
and new technology along with my passion, I took my career seriously, I choose my completion
field accordingly which was Civil technology management (Lipshits-Braziler, and Gati, 2019).
I did my engineering from schools that keeps its practical conceptualization and it education
intelligence accordingly in the prospective of market development.

It is inferred from the above report about findings such as, knowledge about area of
interest is mandatory. It simply means proper vision approach kept at the need and necessitate of
the organization or commercial enterprise person is willing to work. If have a enhance my skills
according to the requirement of this sector, so definitely I am able to grow my career in this
