INTRODUCTION
Job opportunity provides employment and more opportunities for people in the future. It
helps in learning and increasing knowledge regularly. As knowledge can be enhanced by
changing the job as it provide information related to different fields. Different jobs are available
in the market that enhances more opportunities to the people (Amankwaa and Anku-Tsede,
2015). If person is having good job then it has more opportunities to grow in future course of
action. Career and job opportunities are related to each other as career is depended on the job that
will help in increasing growth of an individual. As different skills are required for the position in
different sector. Adaptability skills is necessary for accepting changes in the organization.
Communication skill is necessary in Human resource field as it have to interact with the people
at the time of interview. Organizational skills helps in taking decision, solving problem that is
essential in handling different situation in the company. In this study I have gained knowledge
about the recruitment, training and development and various HR activities in the company.

MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is the phase that enhances through training and development of an
individual (Parks-Leduc, Feldman and Bardi, 2015). It is done to identify the strength, weakness,
opportunities and threats of a person.
My current skills include adaptability, communication, organizational, administrative and
time management skill. All these skills are very necessary for me as a HR. I have developed my
adaptability skills by accepting the changes in the organization. As, it is essential to build an
adaptability that helps in enhancing growth of an individual. I have also developed
communication skill by interacting with employees and exchanging ideas with them. I think my
organizational skills is also developed as I am able to take decision and solving problem in the
company. With this my administrative skill is also improved I am able to manage and control
people in the industry. I think these skills are necessary for me to do improvement in the field of
human resource. I have learned about how to manage time in the industry while doing
multitasking work at a particular point of time. I have gained many skills and knowledge in the
industry. I learned many new things as I have not known to them earlier so I get evolved more to

gain more knowledge and skill. I have gained knowledge regarding different software that is
being used in the industry.
I am getting knowledge about different things that are related to human resource will be
beneficial for me in the future. As it is necessary in taking knowledge from each and every
segment that help in growth for future course of action. In addition to it most of the industries
are using HRIS system in the industry that will help in increasing knowledge about various
aspect of industry. However, before entering into HR field it is necessary to adapt many skills
that is required for personal development and gaining experience in that field. For improving my
skills training is being provided to me enhance skills as per the Hr field. All the skills and
knowledge helps in growing me for future. I have to focus on the areas that help me in personal
and professional development it is important for achieving success in industry (Verderame and
et. al., 2018). It is also important for development in professional area as it helps in gaining
knowledge related to corporate world that how industries are working in the market.
Strength
As my communication skill is good I feel comfortable to interact with people that helps
me in my Hr field as there it is important to interact with people. I am punctual as my time
management skill is also good that will help me in managing my all the work on given period of
time.
Weakness
My weakness is that I am not able to adjust with the people so it lacks in interacting
sometime with the people. I need time to adjust in the environment that is the weak point as
industry is growing so it necessary to adjust according to it.
Opportunities
As I am in Hr field there are so many opportunities for me to grow in future as learning
many things related to Hr.
Threats
There are competitors that are available in the market that replace me in my field by
gaining more knowledge and skill so it is the biggest threat for me in the industry.

From the above project I have learnt many things as I have improved many skills through
this project and set a career action plan for future. As I have improved my communication,
organizational, time-management skills etc. By improving this skill I am able to achieve my
future career goal of becoming Hr manager. As it is necessary to improve the skills that is
essential for achieving the goal of becoming Hr manager. I gained knowledge about the different
Hr software that is being used in the industry. This helps me in managing the work of the
industry. I have earned lot of knowledge regarding the Hr processes that is being conducted in
the industry. As it is necessary to gain all the qualities and skills that is to be needed for
achieving the goal. I have also gain experience from this project about the function of Hr and
strategies that is being used in Hr department for maintaining employee engagement that
enhances easy work for future. Career action plan helps in developing the goal of career and also
helps in overcoming from the weakness that I have so that my goal can be achieved through it. I
have learnt about many things that is being used in the industry by Hr. This action plan can be
achieved by focusing on the weakness and try to overcome from these that will help in enhancing
the future. I have also gained knowledge that how this plan works and what I have to do become
Hr manager. As I have to follow the rules and regulation and must know about the benefits that
is being provided so that I will also apply them in the future. Overall experience is good in doing
this project that help in building growth of me.
