Personal Analysis
I am currently in the final year of my Post Graduation, specifically in the final
semester. My educational qualification includes graduation in Economics with a combination
of Mathematics and Statistics as other supporting subjects. My specialization is in Marketing
and have worked as an intern in Angst Retail as a Store Keeper for a period of three months.
As I have studies economics as a major in my undergraduate, I have a keen understanding of
the market and the behaviour of the people. With every element of the market being
controlled by the demand and supply of goods and services in the market balanced with the
per capita income of the citizens within a domicile the market shapes itself with time from
various ups and downs. On the other hand human nature is also a very fascinating thing. The
consumer behaviour is complex but can be calculated and estimated which can help the
organization to allocate production with time. From my post-graduation, I have understood

that the market can also be seen from a different point of view where the market can be seen
as a game of customers changing needs and perception of products and services which can be
modified with the help of persuasive tools such as advertisements and promotions. Price also
plays an important role in shaping the industry and attracting massive footfalls resulting in
success or failure of a company. From my store keeping experience I have understood that
the wants of the people can easily be changed with the help of perfect information about the
concerned product or service. Lastly, the only weakness I personally feel is the lack of market
experience which I tend to make up with the help of understanding of the market.
Career Action Plan
Career Action plan cannot be conveyed simply in one line. The time has to be
specifically divided and achieve the goals step by step. Therefore the action plan is as
follows:
Time Span Objectives
First and Second Year I want to get employed from the bottom of
the ladder in the company i.e. the rank of a
sales officer. Here I want to understand the
market at the base level and religiously
follow the instructions of the seniors and
align personal goals with the goals of the
company.
Third and Fourth Year After spending ample time at the base level.
I have the capability to get promoted to the
manager levels where I would employ my
experience and knowledge to handle my
own team in the market and employ them to

fulfil targets for the company. Here, the

of the company.
