INTRODUCTION
Career view point is termed as an evaluation of the chosen field in the professional
section. It will concentrates on the broad tendencies that should be have in individuals. In the
following report, the profession that are selected is Operation manager. Operation manager is an
individual who are accountable for maintaining the operations and functions of business of
management. Operation manager have global role in the field and it will engaged with their
trading operations and dealings and identify effective consumers as effectively and efficiently
(Tasaki, and et.al., 2021). I have interested in this field as because I have some sort of the
abilities in context to the operation field as it is related with my studies too. Hence, it will
supports me further also. The basic target of following the operational manager role who will
responsible for maintaining personnel schedules, executing workplace regulations and plan of
action, distribution of activities, and ensuring that tasks that will get completed on time and with
suitable budget. In the following report, there is an analysis of capabilities in the global manner
of strength and weaknesses in terms of personal analysis. The career action plan should be get
organized to help the individuals as effectively for accomplishing of targets and goals.
MAIN BODY
PERSONAL ANALYSIS
By demonstrating several sort of the conception, it is essential for an individual to have
various approaches in terms of abilities and capabilities through which they are able to present
their operations and functions in business. As there are several sections that will measure the
responsibilities and roles in terms of their strength and weaknesses. I got several set of
opportunities in retail field as in operational sections that will help me in utilising my present set
of skills and capabilities. Operation manager are basically concerned with developing a
promotional sections in a pre-planned way of strategies that will help in maintaining the field of
the targets of customers in the manner of the market (Meles, 2021). As there are varied set of the
sections of operation manager in Zara, to figure out the operational risk and issues and will set
various strategies to overcome the weaknesses as effectively and efficiently. As according to the
manner of the duty, it is essential to evaluate the present set of capabilities and knowledge that
should be developed in order to create the assigned role of chores.

I recently demonstrate the functional term of process in suitable way of the capabilities
and sense of knowledge in several set of information. Operations managers are accountable for
setting several term of sections and the projects that are attained on time and with an adequate set
of the budget. Operational manager will go through with authorise business contracts and will
supervise workers performance, and will determine various manner to decrease the costs and
enhance the efficiency (Mahajan, and Bandyopadhyay, 2021). As on the other side, operation
manager will perform their roles and work in industries that involve commercial enterprise,
economics, health care, conveyance centre, retailing field, wholesale commercialism,
commercialisation, technological investigation, pharmaceutical, commercial real estate, technical
facilities and many more. As also there are various chores for small management, like
independently owned and functioned building, as others perform their role for leading firm that
involves Microsoft, Facebook and Pepsi Co.
As according to the general term of an effective operation manager of Zara and their
skills that are demonstrated in my job role profile. As between in my studies in college I might
be maintaining several teams and presenting my duties of tasks. The team leader would give me
self confidence and relevancy to deal with various issues in a high set of manner. In relation to
the Zara, I will set my schedules to use the suitable set of way for maintaining and directing team
members by which worldwide field of the roles will get assigned to me from my seniors and they
will successfully get accomplished by me. I have achieved suitable course of manner of my
educational actions in terms of the accountancy, economics and operational sectors from the
College of England and I have also certified for my course of study in operational field in the
managements as effectively and efficiently.
Zara is defined as one of the popular brand in terms of major and suitable sections that
are dealing with clothing fields and many more (Clegg, and Burdon, 2021). Operational
manager will consider several set of the sections in the business with various sort of the skills
like communication skills, project management skills, scheduling skills, budgeting skills,
problem solving skills, consumer services skills and many more.
As there are various sort of the hard skills or abilities for the Operation Manager in the
business of management that are as follows -

and efficiently (Avraam, and et.al., 2021). It might be organized in a manner to identify the role
of significance of abilities and qualities that require to be perform the accomplishing tasks. The
action plan is effective in order to make current set of skills. As to attained the suitable way of an
orientated fields of the targets that are as follows -
