INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoint is considered as one of the important stages within the student life as well
as for any of individual. There is need of proper estimation of planning that must be done within
the proper way. This is reason to provide the proper direction to achieve the aim and objective of
life. As well as mostly every student doing career planning after taking their education in their
respective field. Due to they can improve their personal and professional life. In the modern
world there are various opportunities offered by the companies for the students who are talented.
The opportunity of specific job only can give to the students who are fulfilling the specific
criteria of individual company, as well as individual person must have appropriate skills and
knowledge for carrying forward the job in specific field (Briller, and Goldmacher,2020). Apart
from this job opportunity can only be raise through by the help of job advertisement by which
company can select the employee who are best suited for the respective job. This report consists

Personal analysis
The personal analysis is the most important step for career development of individual. This
will provide proper direction towards and giving the overview to reduce weakness and identify
the strength of own knowledge and skills. The personal analysis is based on that I have chosen
my career as an account executive. In order to develop my career, I have mainly focused on
upgradation of CV as well as using of social site like LinkedIn because various job opportunity is
raised by the help of these social sites. In order to do my personal analysis, I have observed that
job advertisement is playing the important role in development of career. In order to do personal
analysis, conducted a primary research with the help of most of the companies, to bring out more
information for the career development and can easily communicate with each other. There are
multiple opportunities will generate by the help of personal analysis. From, doing these things
there is one job meet the overall expectation as accountant executive that will fulfil all of the

criteria as per knowledge and skills. This job needs a good communication skill, as well as
requires more of concentration to improvised own skills. due to the reason, it would be beneficial
for of the professional and personal skills (Goldmacher, 2020). These are the skills needed to
manage several accounting data as well as assist in maintaining all of the financial data and
money transfer. This accounting job must carry the knowledge of tax filling. This will improve
my knowledge of skills that is related to accounting from initial level to top level. By the help of
enhancement of these knowledge and skills, this aids in improving my learning experience that
will help in determining the future job opportunity. This job also assists develop skills like
proper organizing capabilities, good knowledge of numbers, facts, analytics, data handling,
figure analytics. Also, there is depth understanding of financial principles related to reporting.
Apart from this for fulfilling the position of accountant executive most of the skills are needed
like time management, interpersonal skills, analytical skills as well as critical thinking skills. As
well as the post of Junior accountant executive consist of posting as well as business activities
that will give direction in order to keep record the financial transaction.
This personal analysis will help to strengthen the skills and reduce my weak areas of knowledge.
In this current position of Job, I got an opportunity and will lead towards the career development
by improving my basic knowledge of accounting to the advance level. This will provide the way
to get enter within the industry of finance department and will act as an important department to
resolve the financial risk. Apart from these there are skills and knowledge, gives the practical
exposure that is most effective for getting the job opportunity. Without the practical experience
these skills are not useful, because most of the companies is preferring good working experience
with skills that are matching as per the job position. Apart from this, according to the post of
Junior accountant, the Job profile is must be suitable for me because this will match my present
skills (Foss, Sinex, and Chapman, 2019).This job is related to my interest as I have various

knowledge and skills in the respective filed of accounting. As well as this wants deeper
understanding in the field of accounts executive. So, this will give various benefits for the
development of career. As well as for improving my skills I have also done lots of practice of
excel, balance sheet, journal etc.
Career action plan
Career action plan is most important techniques for the beginners who are planning to
work within the industry to make their career. As well as action plan is become more helpful for
the students and any of the person who are feeling that, they required career improvement and
growth as per to analyse its strength and weakness. For determining the action plan, there are
some of the steps which are required to improve myself for working within the professional
world. This is also related from to make the five-year plan and for making sure to work as per
growth and achievement of career action plan (Furness, 2020). There are some of the different
sources, that are highly related from the different sector and to make sure to develop its strength
and understanding in order to resolve the respective challenges, which are being faced by the
students to work within the professional field of account executive.
