INTRODUCTION
Career is important for every individual and it is critically essential for them to focus
towards accomplishing of goals and objectives in proper manner. It is also necessary for a
person to be active and select most appropriate option for career so that diseases are
undertaken accordingly (Adikari, 2020). Main aim of this report is to examine the
importance of career view point in context of an individual. This report is based on career of
person and career which has been selected is of becoming an entrepreneur of the restaurant.
To become an entrepreneur different types of skills and knowledge are being needed in this
business field. This report comprises of action plan CV and personal analysis has been
briefly discussed.
MAIN BODY
Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is crucial which is important to be determined by the individual so
that it is easier to analyse and observe self-strength as well as weakness which can impact
upon career. With the help of self-evaluation it becomes convenient for a person to analyse
the good career options and explore opportunities accordingly.
Strength
 My main strength is that I have good
and fluent communication skills
which are important for me as
because they help me in dealing with
other people as well as which is
required in becoming a successful
entrepreneur (Chaudron, 2021).
 Strength is that my capability to solve
problem is unique and effective
which is also needed by an
entrepreneur in the business at all
aspects (Conte, 2018).

Weakness
 The competition level is increasing
rapidly and due to which I also has to
face many competitors even including
my friends and family members who
are in the same career option.
 Another weakness of me is that it is
difficult for me to manage different
types of task at a same time and
which their father creates a problem

 Moreover I am not good at planning
which is important in becoming a
successful entrepreneur and managing
the business due to this weakness I
often have to consume more time to
do planning.

Opportunities
 I also have many opportunities like as
I am from technical and non-technical
background I can easily increase my
knowledge which is beneficial for
growth of the business.
 Another opportunity which I can and
committed is that as I have strong
communication skills which can be
used by me to make understand the
customers regarding the business
point of view in simpler and easier
way (Hedge, 2017).
Threat
 My biggest threat is that as I am
competitive nature I always have to
deal with my friends which negative
impact upon my professional as well
as personal relations.
 Another threat which can affect on
my career option is that I have to to
examine and analyse the market
situation on daily basis as because
customers’ needs and demands
changes periodically which is time
consuming process and can impact
upon my work.
CAREER ACTION PLAN
Career action plan is defined as a written document which consists of different types
of skills and knowledge which are crucial for an individual in order to carry out the goals and
objectives in proper manner so that future benefits are achieved. It is critically essential for
individual implements action plan on the basis of which current and future skills which are
required are being properly determined and also they help in performing the job roles as well
as responsibilities appropriately (Herman, 2017). Main benefit of career action plan is that it
clears the mind-set of a person whether the set goal is reliable and easily achievable or not or
whether how long time will be taken by a person to achieve a specific goal.
CAREER ACTION PLAN
GOAL: To deliver and produce effective solutions to customers faced by the, while visiting to a
restaurant or outside places.

POSSIBLE STRATEGIES:
With aim of accomplishing goals in most effective manner possible strategies which are used by
my are accessing to online webinars and seminars that will enhance my knowledge and also to
visit to different types of restaurants to examine the way of dealing with customers of different
countries.
