In this competitive world, individual person efforts to set strategic aims and objectives
that provide appropriate directions to each regarding their career success whether it is related to
personal or professional. It gives clear view to them about what they prefer to achieve and
attempt to reach at target aim. The current assignment will be based on cosmetic industry, which
falls under the category of most profitable sectors in the world. The study will explain general
trends that impact on chosen sector and competencies as well as experience require to perform
within it. Lastly, it will define appropriate vacancy from selected sector.

In the world of business, there are several changes occurs that might impact variety of
activities within companies or industries. For instance, due to emerging and current trend few
fluctuations may occur within cosmetic sector that may put negative and positive impact on jobs
for which individual expect to work and knowledge as well as skills that they will need.

operates under it, towards formation and making fluctuation in current activities (Mutascu and

work as human resource manager. It drives the attention of organizations towards entering into
new or foreign market where they may obtain excellent opportunities for businesses growth. This
thing may change organizational requirements related to workforce as they expect to hire
experience persons instead of fresher’s who may have great skills and creative nature through
which they may reach at target goals and achieve expected outcomes. Globalization also put
