INTRODUCTION
NSQHS Standard 2 “partnering with consumers” was introduced in relation to develop
international movement towards patient centred care. It was mainly created with the objective to
impart health services which is focused on involvement of patient, empowerment of nurses and
defined structure to develop positive outcomes. Assignment will include evidence that the Carers
Victoria in health-care has complied with standard 2 of NSQHS1.
MAIN BODY
Efficient partnership between customers, health care professionals and health care Carers
Victoria is the most important element of National safety or quality services policy in Australia.
Standard 2 of Constructive partnership only exists when consumers are treated with respect and
dignity when services are being provided to them. Evidences which would demonstrate that the
Australian institute of patient and family centred care has met the standard is given below: -
