INTRODUCTION
Watson theory refers to the theory of caring which emphasises that any individual should
not be treated like an object and should not be separated from nature, self, larger workforce or
others. This can be effective and can lead to create high impact on delivery of care by healthcare
professional like nurses. This can lead to encompasses the world of nursing which can lead to
emphasis on interpersonal process between the care. In this report, there is discussion about the
Caritas processes and caring while practice from Watson’s theory of transpersonal caring which
can lead to assist student registered nurse to create an opportunity and enable caring moments
which can help to support safe care within patient along family (Al‐Fayyadh et. al., (2022).

authentic, attentive and personal interaction with patient. Through applying the transpersonal
relationship with patient which can influence better and effective response toward the delivery of

Through applying the Watson theory of Caritas processes can be effective and help student

to deliver better and effective response towards the delivery of better care practices for patient
improved health. There are some of the Caritas processes which may are being authentically
present to enable faith, practicing loving along with kindness for others and self, hope, inner-
subjective life for others and self, developing trusting interpersonal caring, fostering own
spiritual practices, showing empathy and forgiving (Pérez-Fuentes et. al., (2020)). Through
applying the Jean Watson’s nursing process which includes assessment, plan, intervention along
with evaluation that can be effective and help in delivery of better and effective response toward
better health.
Through applying the transpersonal caring which includes the values of deep
connectedness of relationship which are effective and can help nurses to establish better
relationship with other for delivery of better and effective healthcare services for patient
improved health. Here, nursing staff establish better and effective relationship with client or
patient where personal relationship allows to perform well and deliver quality care services
which are associated with delivery of better and effective response for improved health of
patient. In this patient is affected through nurses and nurses are also get affected through patient
which can enable them to get present in the moment which can includes the feeling of a union
with other (McCarthy et. al., (2021)).
Care Watson theory include the nursing play a critical part of nursing and are associated
with providing background for the idea which are associated with nursing practice. Here, nursing

Through applying the mindfulness application which enable nursing staff to take care of
