includes lodging, food and drink service, event planning, transportation, cruise line and many
more additional services. The report will be based on the Carnival Corporation & Plc which is
Cruise operator company in British. This study will help in revealing the trial balance from
finance department and also provide various recommendations in order to improve financial
performance. It will also help in investigating Talent management of the company using HR Life
cycle. Moreover, the report will concentrate towards the performance planning of workforce and
various legal and ethical considerations are also been provided.
