make existence in industry.
In this presentation, there is discussion about Carphone Warehouse Ltd. This is the organisation which
is largest independent telecommunication retailer in Europe. This association has 1100 stores across
UK and Ireland. This association was established in 1989 by Sir Charles Dunstone and Julian
Brownlie.

Internal factors of business environment talks about
resources which are related to organisation and affects
business operations, hence in this case in case of change
in these factors, there is requirement of change in plans
and policies.

Capital resource:
Capital resource refers to the one main important sources for running business in effective and relevant manner.
There is requirement of finance to conduct business operations in effective and relevant manner.

There are some factors which are not related to
organisation but this affects business operations
indirectly. These factors includes political, economical,
social, technological, etc. factors. As per change in
external environment, it is responsibility of Carphone

Technological factor
Technology is changing with rapid speed in current market. There is use of social media, cloud computing,
artificial intelligence, etc. which are used to conduct business operations. There is more use of technology
which in ease in performing operations.
When some new technological change take place, then there is cost occurred in accepting it such as for
purchasing, administration, training, etc. Employees sometimes not ready to work under new technique, so
this affects operations of overall organisation. hence managers has to motivate workforce and plan
operations in effective manner.

Important to talk about group or team
Team refers to the group of people who are working for achieving same aims and objectives. With working in team,
there are different individuals who have their perceptions. Hence in order to get positive outcome, proper planning,
guidance are required to get good returns.
 Proper distribution of roles and responsibilities- While performing task in a team, it is easy to distribute task
according to skills and qualities of individuals.
 Familiar relations among personnel- When individuals of Carphone Warehouse Ltd. Are working in team, then there
is proper communication among them which helps to maintain familiar relations among workforce.

CONCLUSION
