Human resource is an important function in an organisation that majorly deals with
people and issues in which compensation and benefits, recruitment and on boarding employees,
performance management and many more. This report is based on a case of Laundrette named
carter cleaning centre that expand and diversify their business. In that case role of HR functions
and modern management to beat competitors and enlarge business opportunities are very much
concerning. So that report is majorly focusing on importance of skilled labour and after that
occupying skilled labour an organisation gain and problems faced by them.

Diversification is an process of allocating capital and resources to reduce exposure for

daughter come in their business they focus on labour intensive techniques and skilled labour
force but they face some problems that are as follows:

stores they planned to recruit various managers in which on site manages and seven skilled
labour for that they have to collect necessary information about their specific requirements in
better way.
