with relevant groups and individuals where appropriate and by ensuring that the decision making
occurs in accordance with risk management plans for all options, and within appropriate
timeframes. He must build and support is team by assigning accountabilities and responsibilities

language etc by asking for feedbacks from his team members in verbal or written form.

regarding the incident through circulars that will be passed to them and Lucy would be receiving
a mail, notifying her that she has been dismissed from her job.
