assessment of the case. By the complex collaboration of biological, psychological, and social
factors development of mental illness can be assessed is termed as the biopsychosocial model
(Daher et al., 2017). For the purpose of assessment, according to the Biopsychosocial spiritual
model, a clinical interview will be conducted with the Peter in which all aspects of his life will
be asked to fulfil the need of the model.

According to the biopsychosocial spiritual model, the question will be asked form the
client. Biologically, the client’s medical history will be analysed. Pre and post-natal history are
much more important for assessing the biological problems of the client (Yoon et al., 2015). Any
problem that is related to the client’s family or genetic issues in the family will also be
considered. Also, effects from the medical problems will also be discussed (Saad, & de
Medeiros, 2016). From the given data, the client’s current problems of stomachache and
headache are considered under the biological problem of the client.
