INTRODUCTION
Leadership can be described as ability of management of company to set and attain challenging
goals of company and helps them to make action required by them, performing to overcome of
competition, inspire them in order to perform best they can (Chen, Li and Zhang, 2021). It is one
of capability of a person in order to influence action of other person and also motivate them to
attain goals of company. It is required in different field and allow leader to provide guidance to
other for attain mutual goals. This project report includes analysation of case study. It also
includes management of situation and consideration in order to develop leadership team at
different level. Moreover, it includes Characteristics and trait of leaders that influence
performance and organisation succeeding to attain goals
MAIN BODY
Analysis of leadership
Coach of Australian team Justin Langer has problematic relationship with team members. It is
require for them in order to change leadership of team in order to manage situation in effective
manner. For this, Australian board chairman also making efforts to understand and receive
situation in effective manner. Smith who is captain of Australian Cricket team also neds to face
criticism and negative comment (Höddinghaus, Sondern and Hertel, 2021). In the year 2018,
team has new captain whose name is Tim Paine. Tim Panie is one of captain who manage and
leader team in effective manner. This new captain hand situation in a manner that helps them to
handle stressful environment. He gets support from all team members which helps them to
handle situation. But they also find mood swing in conte tot their behaviour. Due to this, Pat
Cummins needs to take position of captain of team. After him, Labuschagne become next
captain. Due to all these situations, Australia team require effective team captain who can
manage the team in effective manner.
Management of situation and consideration in order to develop leadership team at different level
Australian Cricket team board has maximum authority in order to make decision. They are
responsible for managing key operation of cricket. It is important in order to manage different
approaches of leadership. In situation of cricket team of Australia, it is important for leaders to
analyse their current as well past situation and for this, they collect various data of performance
