What has inspired you to develop your idea in the form of business?
A: I have the determination to transform an idea, imagination into reality. I have many competitive
rivalries in the market but my commitment and confidence make it able to turn it into reality. I was
always interested in learning something new and unique in my own terms, my own idea and
challengers inspired me to do so. My Eyes Barber is expanding rapidly and I’m obliged with that.

Did your priorities have changed compared to when you started you business?
A: I always find new way to explore and develop my own business with the only motive of self-
satisfaction and success. In starting I see success in way to earn money but now when I am actually
all into business, I get to know how important is success and growth. My priorities has slightly
changed than before firstly I only wanted growth of my business but now I also focus on healthy
working environment and productive terms.
Question 3
As per your now knowledge upgradation, do you think anything you could have done differently
while starting it out?
A: Yes as with time I got some knowledgeable skills and more knowledge about the industry
environment and competition. If my theoretical knowledge was clearer before, I would come have
up with more innovative ideas and strategies which helped me to be a strongest entrant in the
market. Now I am ready with strategies for the competitive market and for sustainable growth of
business.

How did you decide the location of the company?
A: I did lot of research that where my can leave a large impact and then targeted my customer base
accordingly. This was the toughest decision as it decides my company’s growth and profit. I
practically also researched and did surveys with the local people out there which cleared my
confusion and covered the area of UK.

Could you tell me something unique about your company?
A: As we all know barber shops is everywhere but what entrepreneur put the key quality in their
business makes it unique. I always try to come up with an new offer, new weekly discounts and new
innovative ideas to serve my customers. I use strategies to make my company preferable rather than
the rivalry company. My jolly nature make customer feel like their family they enjoy coming to my
company.

What was the first strategy you used to market your business in the industry?
A: The main motive or you can strategy was to make my audience happy with my work. I firstly
started connecting and expanding my audience. Best marketing strategy for starting a business is to
use the money and investment wisely which helps to aware the services of company in market
without wasting all the resources in the starting. For initial success I focused on my efforts and
marketing plans.

As you mentioned above you love talking to your customer, did you really enjoy or uses it as a
strategy?
A: No, I didn’t use it as a strategy though it has increased my customer base. I geniounely love
talking to new people knowing them, learning something new from them also exchanging
experiences of lifes. I do appreciate and respect there unique individuality, I am an extrovert which
also helped to expand my business.

Why a barber business?
A: Firstly, when I decided to open a business and this industry comes in my mind, I honestly not
possess any skills at that time. But I was very much interested in this informally I love to create new
innovative designs and variation according to the trends then everyone started appreciating my
work. This lead me to decide to open a company with the name of Eyes Barber.
Question 8
Tell me something that annoys you while cutting customer’s hair?
A: I usually get annoys when customer does not talk or elaborate their preference what they want.
This is very little thing but it annoys me when an customer say that while cutting they are getting
irritated by the short hairs in the neck. I get annoyed when anyone continuously notces every step
standing behind my back as it’s my way of doing and the unique technique. I feel irritated when
customers do not cooperate with my team like moving while taking a hair cut and dropping
something again and again.

What skills do you think is required to make a business successful?
A: The practice is the main skill which my business and every business required to be successful.
Business development traits created a path for my business and made it successful. My technical and
soft skills helped a lot in the success of my company. This trait usually describes us as a successful
entrepreneur and make represents us in the industry full of competition.

In what thing you are now working to make it more successful and reputed in market?
A: As with time I had created a market and customer base in the industry now I’m mainly focusing on
success. I usually set goals for myself every month to complete that target with proper strategies. I
use both prescriptive and emergent strategy as per requirement of the situation and environment.
Effective strategic management always a savior to the competition in the industry. My soft skills are
the main reason of business growing and earning profit to the extent level.

If you earned enough money from this business, would you close it?
A: This business now become my pride if I will somehow in future not able to run this business, with
enough money I will keep employees and give them my techniques and trick nut I will never close it.
I am not only doing this for money I am attached to this business and will expand it more in the
market.
