The board's structure at TEPCO web had been recorded to have no prior meetings
held, the meetings were held only once in a month, and this created a lack in the effective
communication process as well as transparency between the different significant stakeholders

the company. These all factors led to the contribution of the failure of the board structure.

Based on the analyses of the case study, it was examined that the discrepancies that
occurred in the alleged concerns of the company had been accountable for the corporate
governance on its website as well as the failure of its catastrophic process, because of the
collapse of the company to handle the incidents that were exposed to the failure of its risk
management system. The concerned company had been recorded to have a history of
violating the safety and therefore leading to the discrepancies concerned to the corporate
governance. The failed safety tests and the fire caused because of the leakage of the
radioactive water due to the management failure of the company had profoundly affected
